This is a handy little cleaning tool to have in the arsenal! It's pretty fast to fill, heat and emit steam, ready you use in about 5 minutes out of the package. It has several different attachments, allowing various uses including crevice, scrubbing, window, clothing and fabric cleaning. The arm on the machine has an adjustable knob, allowing you to swivel it in any direction for pointed steam; once you add the liner hose attachment it no longer changes direction, but the hose itself can be moved. You have to decide if you want to move the whole machine up/down versus the handheld hose, though you end up holding the machine in one hand to operate the steam handle and the hose in the other. The item was packaged well, and came with everything advertised. I feel it is lacking in a few ways that would make it a 5 star item: There is no water level indicator, so you have to assume you can fill it the 250-350ml tank or until it overflows. The instructions are poorly translated, often with nonsensical words, so there's a bit of guesswork trying to determine how the machine should work. The quality of the printing is also not great, so actually reading the instructions (seeing the ink on the page) can be difficult, too. Overall, I'm 'excited' about this cleaning tool, which worked to get a stain out of fabric, clean my stovetop, and clean my patio door frame with much less effort than scrubbing by hand. If recommend to others who are looking for a smaller scale cleaning tool, that you don't mind refilling multiple times during a project. ... show more

I ordered this handheld steamer for my home. I use this steamer for cleaning in my bathrooms, kitchen and tiles. The steamer works well and produces a steady stream of steam when cleaning. The steamer includes additional items ( 11 accessories) to assist with cleaning. The steamer gets to a temperature of 239 degrees which makes cleaning very easy and effective. I've never used a steam cleaner before so I relied heavily on the manual. The manual is junk. The diagrams are blurry and over pixelated. You cant tell what each accessory is class. There is incorrect information in the there, too: claiming the tank holds 350mL, whereas the listing and the measuring cup included both say 250mL. But it's pretty easy to figure out once I got past my fear of using it wrong. Just unscrew the top, use the included funnel and measuring cup to fill the tank (it's a very small opening). Plug it in and let it heat. You CAN use it unplugged once the water gets to temp. It seems to last about 10min without being plugged in. It is a bit bulky to use. It heavy before putting water in and the cord is heavy duty. But the quality seems very good. The attachments fit on very easily. ... show more

I have an auto steam cleaner which is a pain to lug around. As a result, I typically don’t use it to clean the bathroom or kitchen area. Enter this lovely and lightweight little item. This is handheld, but mimics the features of my more expensive steamer (both safety and use). It has an expandable hose, which is phenomenal when trying to clean difficult-to-reach areas, and the steam action is spectacular. I lent this to my mother to help her pull off old wallpaper in her kitchen… it worked famously to loosen the adhesive (just be careful not to burn your fingers). If you clean a bathroom that children use, a steam cleaner is a must… it sanitizes and cleans everything SO much easier. This thing has been very handy around the house for all kinds of things, but it shines when it comes to cleaning, all of a sudden your arm doesn't need to be as strong or work even half as hard as before. this little guy holds a lot of water... well not a lot but it does last a good bit. the attachments it comes with make it that much more useful. if you're looking for a portable steam squirter this is a safe bet I would say. ... show more
