Overall, it's a good steamer. HOWEVER, the cord is extremely short. The job you're seeking to do has to be really close to the outlet you're using or forget it, youre going to have to look for an extension. It also leaks here and there! So, they need to add longer extension cord (as other steamers do) and fix the leaking issue and they'll have a GREAT steamer worthy of 5 stars! I didn't need a "steamer" for clothing or such, although I tried it for those purposes. I was really looking forward to the mop and cleaning functionality, which just are terrible. If you're buying the standard unit because you're looking for a steamer, it's probably fine. I don't think I'll get much use out of this. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Pros: I love the steaming aspect of this cleaner. When we moved into our apartment there was this gunk on the ground and I have tried several different ways to get it up. I even tried scraping it but it was so sticky and gross I couldn't get it off. This steamer took it right off. It also handled cleaning the walls, faucets, and hard water spots on the shower. It's very simple to work. You put the water in and plug it in, then it just heats right up. It also has a locking part so you don't have to hold it down the whole time to get steam to come out. Cons: don't buy this for the mop. The rag part is easy to attach but it's very hard to keep it tight and just slides around the mop. The steam comes out crazy fast so you don't have much time to mop. The cord also is pretty short for a mop. I have a tiny kitchen and had to switch plugs and it barely worked. Overall it's a great steamer, just a bad mop! ... show more
