    • Flap issue, required alignment or even grinding to make work
Installation was pretty straight forward, but the flap was of poor quality control and had to be modified to work smoothly. Mine required a little filling and grinding the opening to make it open smoothly so my cat could use it. Pain in the butt...... Overall it worked and the price was right.
