The media could not be loaded. The first two times using it after a couple minutes it started smoking and smelling like fire. Turned it off right away & was hoping because it was new burning off oils or whatever. The 3rd time using it after maybe 5 minutes it started smelling like fire, turned it off and it started sparking on the inside !! My husband was unaware this happened so he used it 4th time for less then 5 minutes and the fire smell started then the screen started going crazy! good hair dryer. unusual design. overall convenient to use, but still minus one star for the temperature switching buttons. with a light touch the air temperature switches. this is a little inconvenient during drying... otherwise everything is good. long and thick hair dries quickly.

This blow dryer is really nice. It is smaller than a normal dryer and the sound is much quieter. It blows several different temperatures of heat (including an alternating temperature option). I will say that the hot setting is not as hot as my old-school dryer was. It also has a variety of speeds. All of these are adjusted by pushing and holding down three buttons. There is an LED screen where you can see what setting is selected. The attachments clip on magnetically and are easy to put on and remove. This small, yet very powerful hairdryer is comfortable to use. The design is nice and sleek, and the menu was easy to navigate. It’s very convenient to use and I really like the magnetic feature when replacing the head. Since it’s magnetic, it’s not hard to get off and it’s different from other hairdryers I’ve used where you need to push and pull to change the head.
