This hair dryer has quickly become my favorite! From the sleek design to the excellent performance, I'm incredibly impressed. First, its modern and minimalist look is great, and it feels super comfortable to hold without tiring my hand. The multiple speed settings are a plus—you can dry your hair quickly with the high setting or use the gentle airflow for styling. The biggest surprise for me is the ionic function, which leaves my hair shiny and smooth, without any frizz. It feels much more gentle than other dryers I've used before.     • Good dryer but missing key item
First off - kudos to Amazon for fast delivery on this. Ordered just after midnight, it was at my door by 7am. To give context, I have been using a Babyliss pro (the classic blue one) for years. As of late I have been getting more frizz and it takes longer to dry, so I figured it was time to get something new. Pros: Like the Babyliss when it was newer, the Cosy dried fairly quickly. I have long hair, it didn’t dry in 5 minutes, but was dry in less than 10 minutes. I use my dryer to style too, so another pro on this was the magnetic concentrator. It held firm and i loved that it was magnetic. My hair appeared to have fewer flyaways and had a little more shine, like it did when my Babyliss was newer. It wasn’t as soft as with my Babyliss, but I may give it another try. It wasn’t lighter than the bigger dryers, but was about the same. It felt fine in my hand and I liked that the on/off was a push up and not flip. I didn’t hit it accidentally like I do with my other dryers. The temp changes are a quick push button away and I like the way the light changes for them. The cons - First, and this is the one that is why I am most likely sending it back, there is no cool shot. That is a deal breaker for me because, as I noted, I use my dryer to style and that cool shot at the end gives life to the curl at the end and helps hold it. Sure, you can push the button to get to the cool setting but you have to cycle thru the high setting to get back to warm and it is a little annoying and was a pain to keep switching back and forth instead of hitting a quick button. Next, the plus has this huge brick, like you have on laptop plugs, towards the end. Even if I could hang one of those nice hanging things that the dryer rests on, it would not be practical with that block there. It’s pretty annoying and makes it less than flexible. The cord is ok otherwise. This is another factor that will send it back. Whoever says this is really quiet must be deaf. Although it’s not way louder than my other dryers, it is definitely NOT quiet. It’s a blow dryer, so not a deal breaker. Overall it is a nice little dryer, but the cool shot and massive cord will probably mean a drive to return this one. ... show more

    • Cord is so annoying
I like how quickly this hair dryer gets things done. It is fairly lightweight and not too loud. The wind speed is pretty decent and powerful. I like the ease with which the diffuser and condenser attach. The major issue for me is the actual cord. There is a rectangular box on the cord. This makes the cord heavy and very difficult to wrap to put away. It also often pulls itself out of the wall due to the heaviness. It’s a daily struggle for me and it’s sad because I think the drying is nice and produces shiny hair quickly. I’m looking for the same one but without a thick box on the cord. ... show more
