This mop does an excellent cleaning job with little effort. Far better than doing the floor on my knees. Easy to use and fast. Bought one for my daughter-in-law who also loves it! And it cleans fabric and more. I am totally pleased with this product.

I like this steam mop. It's works just like you see on TV. My only issue is I wish the handle was a bit more sturdy. I like that I can steam mop my area rug along with my other bare floors.

I purchased this recently to clean my in-laws floors before thanksgiving. They have a couple of dogs that had some accidents in the house. I was impressed by how quickly it heated the water, almost instantly when it was turned on. The cleaner is sturdy and seems like the build quality is really good. The water tank held enough water to clean most of the floors. Had to refuel it only one time. Haven’t tried the accessories but plan to during spring cleaning to get inside of the window frames. ... show more

Technically, it does emmit steam that you think would clean. After fitting on the jet nozzle, I tried to use it on my stainless steel sink and it looks like it didn't even touch it. I made a couple of passes over my kitchen floor after I swept and it still feels sticky. Edit: I gave it an extra star for 3 total. The squeegee was worthless to me but I liked how it cleaned windows. I just use a microfiber cloth to buff it dry but it looked pretty nice after I used it. After a few uses the stickiness of the floors after use have gone away. The pad does get dirty enough to me to where I kind of feel like I should go over it again with a clean pad. I used the upholstery tool on my couch. The cloth that you use for the upholstery was dirty so it did clean. This does not work on my oven at all but I didn't buy it for that so I don't really care just thought I'd throw it in. It doesn't do that well of a job on my tub either but it does work well on my porcelain things like my sink and my toilet. Okay I'm done. Kind of a big edit. I should stop putting in reviews, from those emails, you get a couple days after you get a delivery, about reviewing your product ... show more

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED. Ok product. Definitely steams. All these attachments and none of them do what they’re designed to do. Works awesome for floors! About the only thing it’s OK for. With the wand attachment barely applying any force and you can physically see the wand bend. Cheaply made for something that costs 200$ The duster makes everything worse. The steam just kind of spreads around the dust, the microfiber cloth doesn’t get in any hard to reach places. The black nozzle attachment has some sort of dye or paint on it so for the first five minutes everything comes out black. Got past it. Window attachment does not work at ALL. Our family will have to settle for harsh chemicals on windows and window panels. Was really hoping this would take the place of certain things but it just doesn’t. Returning for a floor steamer that’s a fraction of the cost of this. Over all not Dissatisfied. Just another machine that’s falsely advertised. Cheers and happy cleaning y’all! ... show more

Cleaned my kitchen floor and it looks better than it has in years! After a couple passes I slowed down to give the steam more time to work (I'm talking seconds not minutes). I passed over a couple spots of dried jello and it came off! It does "pulse" as it heats the water. As it gets closer to being empty and needs water the pulse sound is more noticable (but not loud), most likely to alert you it needs water.
