I almost never buy supplements, but I took a chance on this one. I have been taking it for a week in a glass of apple cider. The first thing I noticed was a lifting of my brain fog, followed by a boost in energy and drive—enough of a boost to get me back outdoors and working on a landscape project that had been lagging because I couldn't bring myself out of my chair. I was skeptical because the reviews aren’t great but I hd a really good feeling about this and went with my gut and decided to try it. I like to drink lemonade a lot so I just tried this instead. I’ve been using this for 3 days (twice per day) and I have noticed a pretty big difference already. It does everything it says it does. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is my skin all over feels much firmer. I feel slimmer. I feel 10 years younger. I have much more energy and noticed I forgot to drink caffeine. I should have listened to the reviews. This stuff is the worst tasting, most nauseating product. I compare it to a colon prep. How could anyone drink this every day, much less twice a day. The taste is really bad, but it also made me feel sick right after I drank it. OMG, no fun. It wouldn't dissolve or mix either. I used a whisk and did the best I could. If you want to feel like you're prepping for a colonoscopy, give it a try. BLAH ... show more

I bought this for two reasons: to lose weight and to gain energy. I did not lose a single pound, I’ve been using it for about a month, I did notice that I started having a LITTLE bit more energy after using it for a week. The first day I drank it on an empty stomach and it made me feel a bit nauseas, but when I had it after breakfast I had no issues. I find the taste quite pleasant, I got the watermelon lemonade. To mix it is quite a task, I add 2 oz of hot water to the powder and stir out as many lumps as I can, then I let it sit in the warm water while I make breakfast and after breakfast I will add the cold water and shake it and finally there is no more lumps. I understand not many people have that kind of time. Overall it is very expensive so I don’t think I will be repurchasing since it didn’t do much for me. ... show more

I opened up my package right away as soon as I received it. I found this Watermelon Lemonade quite pleasant, so glad it wasn’t icky sweet, and was easy to drink down. Instead of mixing the powder up in 12 oz of water I only did maybe 5 or 6 oz of water instead. I used my mini handheld frother/blender to mix up the powder well with my cold water and drink it down quickly. As strange as it sounds I did feel a bit like it helps with feeling a bit full. Maybe the liquid expands going down? Probably a good thing. I only just wish this product wasn’t so expensive. I hope to be feeling the benefits that Dr. Gundry advertises about this powdered product as I continue to drink it daily. Going to just drink it once a day because it’s so pricey. ... show more

This stuff is amazing. I’ve only been using it for 5 days but my energy level is fantastic. I wasn’t sure- the dr gundry video seemed kinda over hyped but I decided to try it anyway. I’m 70 and I take good care of myself: clean food, gym workouts, meditation but I run out of steam after lunch often. Have to force myself to go to the gym. Not any more. Starting the second day, I have had a steady stream of energy throughout the day. Sleeping fine at night. I drink the “potion” with my lunch. It is kinda lumpy, and imo, too sweet but I figured out a delicious way to make it and now I enjoy. I put a scoop in a quart mason jar, pour about 6 oz of boiling water on it, use my frother to dissolve it, add ice til cool and then add a can of sparkling water. It delish.     • It’s extremely sweet and it contains stevia

It says that it is sugar free, however under the “other ingredients “ section it mentions enzymatically modified stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener and therefore it has sugar. The label is misleading and needs to be changed! And I can’t return it because it’s considered “food”. I’ve been taking it for a week and I gained 3 lbs. I’ve never gained 3 lbs in a week. I’ve been actually eating less because I want to lose weight. The taste is extra sweet, too sweet! There’s no way that it doesn’t have sugar.
