The velcro is not holding. Technically the belt is useless at this point. Every time when lifting weight the velcro releases and the belt falls down. This belt cannot be used to lift weights since you might injure yourself when velcro releases.

What a difference this made in my leg day workouts!. The support I get after using nothing before is night a day. I’m able to push myself more but also getting the support I need in my back and core. with the 6 inch backing you can’t go wrong! I got the one with the USA stars great design!

This is a good belt, solid material, clearly made to last. Don't be afraid to size up! Here's the WARNING: Make sure and measure yourself across your midsection. If you are like me and your midsection is even slightly larger than your waist, you may need to size up. I ordered a 31-37" because I have a 35" waist. After trying it on, however, the belt barely fits. I measured my midsection, 37". It's a real bummer when the belt pops loose mid-lift because the velcro barely catches. ... show more

Haven't worn it lifting yet, but I can tell it's a solid belt that will do what I'm looking for. I am a petite woman and got the small so I can share with my (male) gym partner. I'm just below 29" at the bottom of the size scale but still works for us both!
