I love that this heating pad has some stiffness to it. It makes it easier to position behind my back when sitting in a chair. It doesn’t slide down or bunch up. The cover is soft and well-made. I have used this for a couple months, and the fabric still looks nice. I found that the cord disconnects from the pad too easily. I fixed this by wrapping a piece of tape around the connection. The control is easy to use, and you can do it without looking once you learn where the buttons are. Heats up quickly and has worked consistently. I had a heating pad that I used for a long time; it finally wore out. I purchased another one but, I had to return it because it didn't give out enough heat to make a difference. So, I purchased this one after reading reviews. This one is incredible! It gives out great heat. I recommend starting out on low and work your way up. The high setting is hot, almost too hot. *UPDATE 7/1/24: The seller contacted me and sent a new one. I appreciate that they stood behind their product and did what they could to make it right. Hopefully the first one was just an unusual faulty product. ________________________________________________ When it worked it was fine. The heating pad was soft and distributed heat as needed. I could control the heat temperature and it had a timer. Unfortunately after 3 uses it just stopped working. At this point it's past the return date. It was delivered March 27, 2024, I used it a few times in April, and when I went to use it the other day (May), it no longer turns on. It feels like a waste of $30.00 and now I need to buy another heating pad. ... show more

This was definitely a game changer, the size was perfect and it didn’t take long to heat up either. The cord is long so you can be comfortable while using it. Edited Review: 1-star I loved these heating pads. Until each of them, in turn, completely stopped working despite daily use at the LOWEST setting '1', and being used as directed, daily. I initially ordered two (in different patterns), but the first stopped working within a year ... the seller to their credit replaced it. But then the other failed, AND finally the replacement heating pad failed as well. Despite how well I love their functionality (when working), the 100% failure rate, and the fact that they each failed for no good reason without mishandling, never undergoing a wash since they're above my bedsheet, and the failure of the seller to replace the second failed heating pad, forces me to change this to a 1-star rating. Hopefully someday the manufacturer will figure out the physical engineering cause of failure, but until then (and it ain't happened, yet!) I've gone to a different manufacturer of a similar product with the same timer and heat-level options. Original Review: 5-star JUST AS DESCRIBED, WORKS PERFECTLY, GREAT FEATURES: ADAPTABLE TIMER, ADAPTABLE HEAT RANGE For years I sought the features this heating pad offers. HEAT: I hated the old heating pads that had only a 3-level heat setting, especially because even the lowest setting was too hot. THIS has a very wide range of heat settings, and the lowest setting is just barely warm (perfect), while the highest is quite hot (great) -- so I can truly set it to a heat that feels best at the moment and for my specific need. TIMER: I hated the old heating pads that either had NO timer and thus present a fire danger when left on indefinitely by accident, or else had a pre-set time setting of 2 hours, which wouldn't last me through a chilly night. THIS has a wide range of timer settings that lets me set it to last through the night, for a couple of hours, half a day, *whatever*. COMFORT: It's quite soft and fuzzy AND washable, so no need for me to purchase or sew a separate cover for the heating pad. Plus, it's a couple of feet wide so it wraps 'round me or 'round an arm or leg as I prefer. And so far, after several weeks of use, it's still working perfectly. If that changes, I'll let y'all know, but so far so good. ... show more
