I got this January, it's currently March and it's already broke. Even though it's still usable it's just not safe. Water started leaking from the bottom and then the handle got so hot I couldn't even hold it any longer. I unplugged it right away. Then I noticed a burning smell. When I looked at the indicator light I noticed the inside was full of condensation. Very disappointing because it cleaned well. ... show more

This product is good for small steaming needs. But using it on floors is hard because its get so hot to handle and leaks hot water from where you hold it. For this reason I am looking for a different steamer for my floors.

I bought this after deciding to start steam cleaning. It worked great the first two uses then started to loose pressure, water started dripping out of it, steam started to come out of where the trigger is. Then completely stopped working, didn’t even last six months.
