Unfortunately, the machine never worked! It’s not powering and the seller is not approving to refund me and return it! It’s very disappointing that the item is useless and customer service is not acceptable as well.

    • Great entry level - wish interface was more robust.
So far has been a great machine, comes out of the box pre-assembled so all you have to do is plug and play. When you first turn it on, it shows you how hot the plate is and takes a few minutes to get warmed up. My only comment is that the interface is too basic, and I wish you could set temp and time by just typing the number. Instead there is just a up or down arrow button so you have to manually click it however many times to get to that temp or time. ... show more

OMG! Right out of the box and the heat press doesn’t work ! It will not heat up at all! I haven’t even had a chance to use it! Soooo frustrating.

    • My Press has stopped working and is less then a month old.
This heat press worked great for the first 3 weeks and then it just stopped working. It will turn on but it won't stay on and trips to the emergency shut off before it even hits 200 degrees. I have had to try it in 3 rooms of my house and taken it elsewhere to make sure it was the power causing trouble. I am not happy at all with this press. This is a wonderful perfect machine. It doesn’t look cheap plastic made. It’s really heavy metal like and my order came so early I was shocked. This item came before the start of delivery date they gave me. It also came with a t shirt and press on name goldoro and logo for the t-shirt. Only thing u need to do is put one handle on that’s it.The mat is okay but I still bought a more stable one. The heating is great no issues. Thanks y’all!!! ... show more
