Does this company have a secondary tumbler heat tube to swap out into this machine suitable for 40oz? 40oz will not close all the way in the 20-30 oz press. I don’t want to get another machine if I can use an adaptable tube for the 40 oz.

I bought this in October as a Christmas gift. Christmas Day it was opened and when we set everything up the tumbler press would not heat up. We set the temp to 400 F and it would act like it was heating up and in within 5 seconds it would say it was done and at 400 degrees. I was able to touch it with my bare hands and it barely felt warm. I had to contact Amazon customer support and chat with them to be able to return this defective item due to it being purchased in October. Amazon was able to process the return. Needless to say I will be finding a different tumbler heat press and will not purchase another one of these. ... show more

I purchased this heat press to replace my original one that no longer had the grip I needed after many uses. My cups started to ghost around the edges. I decided to try this one because I really liked the color and the size adjustments. After reading the many reviews I decided to purchase and it was the best decision. My cups are no longer ghosting and I no longer need multiple presses for coffee mugs and glasses. I also loved the easy set up and use. My buttons on my old heat press were very hard to adjust since I have nails. This one doesn't give me such a hard time. *******update***** The company reached out to me and offered a full refund. Their customer service is friendly and works to make it right. I also got a second machine and it works WONDERFUL!!! My cups turn out beautiful every time. I highly recommend this company and this product! I was so excited to use this press as I had heard good things about it. I used it once and the cup turned out wonderfully. I was excited to be able to use this press for my small business since it did so well with the first use. I did not have ghosting issues or anything else. The pressure knobs did not work great but I was willing to overlook that small nuisance. The second time I used it the temp settings were at 350 and timer set to 60 seconds. I turned on, waited until heated to set temp and inserted the tumbler. I pressed and the timer started counting down. I turned around to finish wrapping another tumbler and thought after several seconds why hasn’t the timer gone off. I look over and the machine had CUTT off! No light, no heat, nothing. I open it up, inspect my tumbler and turn the machine off. I check the plugs, the surge protector and everything seems fine. I press the on off switch and nothing. I wait another minute or two and attempt to flip the switch again and it turns on. I wait for it to heat up and insert cup again and it turns off the second I press the tumbler. What a disappointment!! ... show more
