I have tried a few over the years and this one just works. It is so easy to pull. It retracts like it should. I even like the light weight nozzle. Even the corner roller thing is great. I did not even know it came with it. It is pricey, but well worth it. I bought a second one.

Surprisingly the bottom support handles well and it is sturdy. Easy to install, the automatic retract coil worker great. The only bad stuff is that sometimes it has a minor leak by the connection, but I turn off the water at source so it didn't bother me. The connection at the end of the hose to the spryer is made it only to work with their equipment and you need to buy the converter. It is a bit pricey, so if you don't need free standing there are other cheaper ones. ... show more

The neutral colouring complements any outdoor space in my opinion. The versatile bracket system makes it ideal for mounting against a wall or on a garden post. We mounted ours on a wooden post. This hose reel is heavy and feels sturdy. The nozzle is a bit cheap but it will work for now. I don't get as much water volume as I do with my other water hoses because this hose has a smaller diameter, but I expected that after reading other reviews and decided to try it anyway. I like the way the hose reels itself back in with a guide that goes back and forth to keep it reeling evenly into the housing. The hose goes in all the way whether it's under pressure or not so no need to release the pressure from the hose to reel it in. To install it I put a piece of pressure treated wood about a foot into the ground and secured the wood to my deck. I added a spigot and mounted the hose reel to the wood. The hose reel is heavy but it is very secure the way I mounted it. I would recommend this product as long as you know about the lower water volume due to the size of the hose.
