My primary concern when I purchased this treadmill was that it wouldn't last very long (because it was so cheap). However, I purchased it in December 2022, and after fairly heavy use (several times a week), it's still going strong. I do put lubrication oil on it from time to time. I don't know if that has helped extend its life or not. I'm 150 pounds and I usually keep it around 3 mph. That may make a difference, too. The biggest drawback has been that the remote control stopped working almost immediately. However, I put very little effort into getting it fixed. It might be an easy fix, but I always use it with the bar upright, so I don't really need the remote, as the bar has all the necessary controls on it. I read hundreds of reviews on treadmills before I bought this one. A lot of them would mention how noisy the treadmill was. I feel like I'm more sensitive to loud noises than the average person, but nothing about this treadmill bothers me or seems too loud. It's nothing fancy, but it gets you moving and goes the distance. It's a great size for small spaces, easy to fold up and lightweight enough to put away. For the price, I think it's a great deal. ... show more

    • Great for walking or beginner runners
Overall, this treadmill has been great for the 3 years I've owned it. I bought it because I lived in an apartment and wanted a way to walk/run during the winter months. It takes up little space, is fairly quiet for a treadmill, and worked well on carpet. I had no issues with it until I became more advanced with my running. Now that I run at a faster pace than I used to (10 min mile), I've had occasional issues with it stopping randomly. Usually this happen if I try to adjust the speed too fast. It hasn't caused any safety issues for me, but it's just annoying having to stop and reset the treadmill. Because of that, I would highly recommend this for people who want to walk or run at a slower pace with this treadmill. If you're a serious runner, this probably won't be a great option for you. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. (I have no incentive to write this review): I had been looking at under the desk treadmills or walking pads for a few years now and didn't take the plunge until now because it just seems that every one out there has some good reviews and some serious negative reviews. After much consideration, I chose this one based on these criteria: 1) lightweight but durable 2) good Customer Service in case of issues 3) speed up to or over 4.0 mph 4) can be controlled without remote (not remote dependent) 5) easy to move around 6) not too loud (I know there has to be some motor noise in all of them) 7) length and width big enough to not slip easily I'm happy to report that this treadmill easily meets all my requirements. I'm a petite woman of only 5'2" and I was able to drag it into my office, unbox it, and place it under my desk. I got it set up in under 5 minutes. The cord is about 4-5 feet so it was long enough for me but it's it's not long enough for your space, you can use an extension cord. I first confused when i powered it on and used the remote because it wouldn't go. But I realized quickly that I needed to put the red stopper cord on (good precaution). I've been walking on it since! The handle bar, as expected with the reviews, is not that sturdy and is a bit wobbly. But it's strong enough for you to still hold it for balance. I don't plan to do too much running or jogging on here anyway. For my size, I had no issues with thr size or feeling like I need to watch my feet. I walked during a meeting and they didn't hear it but I also have high noise suppression on in my meeting settings. My husband, 5'10" and 190 lbs walked on it and felt it was fine. Sinks in a bit but not terribly like our cheap $100 treadmill did in the past. I really like that there is a metal bar on the bottom that you can hold on to for moving it because I kept holding the handle until I found it.     • First stopped for no reason, replacement deviates left
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE ON REPLACEMENT: Not good. I received a replacement treadmill after the first treadmill kept stopping while it was in use (see initial review below). This second treadmill deviates to the left, which can be corrected by using an Allen wrench to turn the base screw on both sides clockwise (per the manual). This does resolve the problem, but as you can see in the attached video it takes a minute of walking on the centered belt for the belt to again deviate to the left. I have been adjusting this for an hour, and it keeps deviating left after centering. I don't have that kind of time. I have oiled this belt as well and still experience this issue. Sadly, I received this replacement machine 4 months ago and no longer have the box. I'm not sure I trust a third treadmill from this company. I thought I'd fare better than others who've experienced problems but that's sadly not the case. Be warned, folks. INITIAL REVIEW: This treadmill has decided to abruptly stop without warning. This is super dangerous because I continue to be in motion, walking into my standup desk and knocking everything down to stabilize and stop myself. There is a feature to slow down from your current speed to 0.5mph if you press the Stop/Start button on the remote control, but this mishap is unrelated to that. For some reason, the treadmill seems to be registering that I clicked the safety stop**, and completely stops the machine. The safety stop button is nowhere near my reach because it is on the treadmill handrail, which is folded down so I can walk while working. Overall, I like that it has wheels to make it easy to move and prop up when I want to sit down, but I'll be reaching out to the company about what is happening here. I've had this treadmill less than a month and I'm disappointed in this issue. When you click the safety stop it completely shuts down, so that isn’t the issue. The belt just stops moving even though it says 3mph. Just got a replacement so I’ll give it a try! ... show more
