Update: I reached out to the company and they provided a replacement without hassle. However, they keep asking me to remove my review. The second one does work and I'm happy with it. The fact is the first one did not work and when I received the replacement I could see the wires were wrapped in a way that provided much more protection, which is probably why the first one did not work. The second one also did not arrive until after the heat wave had passed, so I missed a critical time when I needed to use it. Also, I have an injured shoulder and this thing is heavy, so it was difficult for me to get it in the house and set up for a second time. The second one also arrived with very sticky two rear feet, like the mold process for the pieces had not finished properly. I tried goo gone and dish soap and finally gave up and put a pad under the feet so they would not ruin my floors. Finally, I have to pay to have the first one hauled off to the landfill. So, sending me a second one does not erase all the difficulties caused by sending me a defective device on the first go-round. I shared with them that it would be good to review their quality control processes. I put it together (and the bolts that hold the handles on were loose in the box, as well as awkward to tighten in place). I connected the two electrical pieces together, turned on the bottom switch and placed the safety key in its spot, but nothing happens when I push start. Very disappointed. Also, I can’t get the pull pieces that are supposed to lock down the handles to line up once the bolts are in place as they are supposed to be, so the handles could lift up randomly when the machine is in use. ... show more

Pretty lightweight but functional. I would have rated it 5 stars but after owning it for 1 day, a portion of the side rail cracked (now is a hole). I can’t say definitely what happened since it wasn’t that way when I went to bed but was there in the morning. Perhaps my 15 pound dog tried to walk on it? It just concerns me that the side rails are that thin. ... show more

I wanted something simple without the bulkiness and a bunch of unnecessary buttons. This fit my wants perfectly. I'm only giving it a 4 star because it seems a little less sturdy than I hoped for. Outside of that, great buy if you just want something small and simple.

I absolutely love this product. Perfect size for limited spaces, along with easy fold into vertical stand along against any corner of your home, or simply laid flat under couch or bed. Very silent powerful motor. I did have one little issue at first, however this vendor showed complete concern, in a very timely fashion, in helping to remedy and resolve the minor issue. Therefore, turned out not being an issue. I had spinal cord fusion surgeries earlier this year which left me with semi paralysis on one side, and the inability to walk on my own. I originally purchased this product for daily therapeutic walking exercising. Hand rails for me are a great help since I need anchoring in order to walk.     • Love that it’s compact!
This is perfect for my bedroom. I bought it to walk on while I watch the news. I like that it can fold up and get put in the corner. The only major drawback is there is no where to put your cell phone or I pad if you want to use them.
