It came in a little satin bag. That’s also the Tiffany’s blue so that when you’re done with the blow dryer, you can put it back in to keep it safe. That was a nice little touch. I have naturally curly hair. I refuse to spend over $100 for a hairdryer, so I haven't had the luxury of purchasing a Shark or Dyson hairdryer/diffuser. I have only gotten to use it once so far, but I can say that there was a very distinct difference in my curls. I love it! I love that the cool/no heat setting actually STAYS cool. I prefer not to use heat on my hair when styling and usually end up air drying, which can be very inconvenient if I need to go somewhere. I can't say how long it would take to dry my hair with this, as I did plop and air dry for a little while before using, but it definitely dried it faster than my old dryer. Really my only complaint so far is the shipping. I got it SUPER fast, which I didn't expect, but the box was open and one of the attachments was missing (the one shown next to my thumb on the box) as can be seen in the photos. The twist tie that holds the cord together looked as though it had also been undone, as if this may have been a returned hairdryer, hence the missing attachment. And it smelled like someone's perfume or baby powder when I first turned it on. 🤨 I may not use that attachment for myself, but I may want to use it on my daughters, and I did pay for all three attachments, so that was kind of a disappointment. I will let the seller know and hope to get a replacement. Otherwise, so far, this was a spectacular purchase and I'm excited to use it again and FINALLY have a dryer that doesn't fry my hair or frizz it out! Especially at such an amazing price! I have MS and sometimes just drying my hair can be exhausting, especially if it gets hot. This dryer is so lightweight and easy to use. I also love that it comes with a bag to keep it all in. I really like this hairdryer. It has everything I need. I love the attachments and the cute pink bag that it came with. The color of the hairdryer is so pretty. So far I have been very impressed by how it dries my hair. I like the airflow better than the older, traditional types of hairdryers. I think it's healthier for my hair, it doesn't seem as harsh. Extremely elated with this purchase! Product arrived quickly and I believe it is better than advertised. I am Impressed with how quickly the temperature settings work, switching between warm cool and hi heat takes just seconds to achieve. Unlike many hair dryers, the hi heat setting doesn’t reach such a high temperature that might burn or damage hair. The attachments came in a nice matching bag and easily fit onto the hair dyer. Overall this hair dryer is easy to use, dries hair quickly without damaging it and looks as great as it works. **UPDATED** Seller offered a refund or replacement of the hair dryer. I chose to have a replacement sent. So far, the dryer is working perfectly. Pink was no longer in stock so I had a choice between black or blue. I went with the blue and it a lovely pastel shade. Initially I really liked this dryer. So much so that I ordered a second one for my daughter. The hot setting was a little lacking, but the weight (light), fan speeds, and attachments were all great. But after only a month of use - using just a few times a week - the motor burned out. At first, the low fan speed setting stopped working and I could only use it on the high speed. Then the next day, the dryer started making a terrible burning smell, filling the room with an awful acrid odor. To the bin it goes. Super disappointed. ... show more

I bought this particular hair dryer because: the price was good; includes a diffuser; the number of attachments you get; advertised a quiet dryer; 600 more watts than my present dryer; and pretty color that goes with my bathroom a plus but not a necessity. The main drawback was the main reason I bought it: a diffuser that would lower the force of the fan so much that I could dry my dampened natural curls in the back of my head without blowing that part of my hair all over the place. However, it turns out that the fan is a little too strong for this diffuser to do that and messes up the style of the top hairs a little too much if I keep the dryer the right distance to heat the curls and dry them. This means that I have to keep the dryer further away from my hair and not get enough heat to dry them as quickly as I wanted. Also. I thought the spokes on the comb attachment were little tubes that would separate the hair highlights so that one would be able to see the under hair that is darker, but the spokes are not little tubes. Also, the heat and fan settings on High are not as powerful as my 1200Watt dryer that I presently have, which is an American brand so maybe countries measure wattage differently. But I kept the dryer because Im hoping my pretty dryer's fan will lower its force as it gets broken in, (giggle) wishful thinking eh? LOL ... show more
