    • Couldn't open the safe
The door was unable to open so when I finally got it to open I unscrewed the carpet board off the back to the door and one of the panels had fallen out and got stuck in the locking mechanism at the bottom making it impossible to open fully. I was able to break the panel that had fallen just enough to allow the cylinders to squeeze by and allow the safe to open. ... show more

Said it was a manual combination/electronic and it isn’t. Only manual combination. No where was there a choice when ordering. Overall, safe is a good size.

    • I was scammed! I thought I was getting a safe with electronic lock and got a manual dial combo lock.
The ad says "Electronic lock" and I was sent the manual dial combination lock, with no key. At no time was I ever given a choice between the two, in fact I didn't even know there was a manual dial lock. Avoid this product, its misleading and you will be sent what you didn't order. I'm very disappointed right now, and ant to return it and done even begin to know how I go about sending back a 250lb safe. ... show more

The metal on the bottom of the safe bends once anchored to the floor. If the safe is pulled hard enough the floor anchors will rip right through the steel bottom.

Mixed signals from the listing because it pictures a digital lock. The lock type says both combination, electronic. It is a nice safe, but bad it was not digital. Had to return it.
