Once you buy this it’s just the beginning you need to buy batteries that fit you need to buy a receiver and then a transmitter by the time you’re done it’s probably around $800 and good luck finding props for this the company that sells the plane doesn’t even have these props on their website they have a very confusing website so buyer beware ... show more

Not worth the money. Stopped working for no reason on attempted third flight. Tried two different fully charged batteries no luck. Flies just okay. Handling is sloppy and stalls easily. Definitely not for beginners. The gear is EXTREMELY fragile. It will bend taxiing over a bump. By comparison the Volantex warbird series flies great, is way cheaper and comes with a remote i.e. it is way more fun for the money and way more durable. ... show more

Amazing plane, very detailed. Retracts are awesome and robust. Overall very good plane, have not flown it yet, but I did modify the wing pods with eflite Servoless droppers to allow me to drop the fuel tanks. I would give 5 stars but the tail got a lil mushed during shipping

    • Expensive props.
First off this is a good flying plane. More expensive with a bit better finish quality but more assembly time required. When properly balanced, Mustangs are notorious for nosing in upon landing due to set back landing gear and long nose. Add a fragile overpriced prop and we have a problem. Slower than most 800 sized WWII scale planes I have flown I think because of the prop and smaller motor. I will stick with Dynam and Air Field planes for the money they are twice the value. I have paid $50 less for a plane that flies better and faster with cheaper parts. I will look for an alternative two blade prop size that will fit this plane. I hate paying $13 dollars every time I hit a dip or wet grass. Good luck fitting a recommended 1300ah pack in this little guy. It's a tight squeeze with an 800. I am tempted to try a 3 cell pack and see what this thing can handle. ... show more
