This is our second time we bought this hose brand. The last one lasted about 5 years. It is so nice to have it curl up into a small bundle after you empty it after each use. It stretches when you are using it, and is very flexible and lightweight. Best hose we've ever had!

    • Re-think this hose
I bought this hose last August and enjoyed it enough to purchase a second one a month later. Now the both of them are leaking at the exact same place, which is right where the hose meets the brass fitting that connects to the faucet. No way to repair it at all. So I clicked on the warranty information and it refers you to the manufacturers website. The website goes nowhere! The link to submit a question fails and says ‘oops something is wrong. Try again’. After five tries, I gave up. No way to reach the manufacturer with warranty questions, repair information, nothing. Many other hose brands and options are available so I suggest trying something else . ... show more

This is our third time trying a flexible hose. I just love the idea of a lightweight hose and really wanted this to be the last hose we buy, but unfortunately it is NOT durable and will NOT last for years to come. After two years of very light use (1-2 a week during summer), it is completely unusable and leaks every single drop from the near the connection to the spout. Appears to be tiny rips all along the fabric. Love that it’s so lightweight and you don’t have to worry about kinks, but can’t trade off any of those positives for the fact that it stops working after only 2 years for the price we paid. The hose is great, but the nozzles are cheaply made. I bought three of these and two of the nozzles broke quickly.

    • I was skeptical, but I like it
I was skeptical. My wife wanted to try one of these hoses because it was potentially lighter and easier to maneuver. We purchased one, and it is indeed, a great product. I wondered if we would lose pressure, but that does not seem to be the case. The hose does extend and retract easily - that makes storage more convenient. Once it has shrunk, we just coil it in a basket. It does take some time to shrink. We turn off the hose and spray until the water pressure is gone. It takes maybe 20 seconds for the pressure to be released. We had larger hose reels for out past hoses. Those were bulky and seemed to always eventually fail. This hose works great. I figured I'd toss the sprinkler position, but it too, has been useful. Overall I'm very happy with this hose. ... show more

    • Easy to Maneuver, No more Fighting with Unruly Rubber Water Hoses
I first tried one of these expandable garden hoses as a experiment to see if Id like it. The first thing I noticed was how light weight the hose was out of the box. It also has sturdy brass fittings on both ends, also a plus in the durability category. It also comes with a nozzle which is as good as some more expensive nozzles that I've used. The expandable hose fills up with water and expanded to its full length in seconds. Once I was finished with watering, I cut off the water supply and continued to do extra watering to empty the hose and hand on the hose rack. I now have bought several of these hose and no longer "fight" with unruly rubber garden hoses. ... show more

    • Great--while it lasts.
I loved how easy it was to pull out and put away this hose. It worked flawlessly from the fall of 2022 through fall of 2023. Unfortunately, when I hooked it up this spring--2024--the inner rubber tube burst near the spigot end, sending water spraying through the outer mesh. It's useless now, despite my attempts to fish out the rubber tube and reclamp it somehow. Unlike a traditional hose, there's no repairing a split or hole. We bought this 100’ version because hauling the green monster that came with our house required the services of a back hoe. Not really, but that’s what it seemed like. Putting the green hose away was even more tiring than pulling it out. I wasn’t sure this Flexi Hose business would work … but it does. It is truly light weight, easy to take out an put away, fun to watch as it empties, and - bonus material - it has an adjustable shut-off valve at the nozzle end so you can adjust the flow without going back to the tap.
