I had high hopes for this chair as the seat part wasn't bad. I made the mistake of buying this as "Used - Like New". There had to be a reason this chair was returned- and I painfully found out after trying to assemble the chair. The gas cylinder for the chair is broken. The previous person to purchase this chair must've returned it for the same reason. I can't be too mad at Amazon, as this was a "Used - Like New" product. So I thought for the price of $75 it'd be half decent chair. It was easy enough to put together and the comfort is what you'd expect from a budget chair. What I didn't expect was it to start coming apart at the seams after only 1 month of use. The material used is very thin and cheap. It'd be a waste to just throw it out, I'll probably put some kind of cover over the seat so I can keep using it. Of course I would NEVER buy this chair again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This chair is loud and I can't move a lot when I'm on the phone at with because they probably can hear it, that's how loud it is. The little round covers are always on the floor and after having it for almost 6 months the chair is starting to go down on its own, so I have to readjust the height of the chair. ... show more

I bought this chair for my work desk since I am working from home. It’s is very rigid and uncomfortable. It offers no lumbar support and doesn’t come far enough off of the ground (coming from someone under 5’5). It’s hard to sit in for 8-9 hours a day.

So it's an economy chair as expected - and the seat is a little low. But the worst thing is that the arm rests are so low that they are not functional as arm rests at all. It's more for a very tiny person ... maybe around 5ft tall or shorter. A small child would be OK with this. Just about any adult is going to have a hard time making this functional. ... show more

The arms on the chairs are a little low/short and I’m 5’2. So I would say it’s for a rather shorter person. It is comfortable and is a decent height (you can adjust the height).
