I really like my little firepit. I placed it in my dining room. And thanks to another reviewer, I purchased some amber colored fire rocks to spruce it up and match my decor. I didn't buy the recommended fuel. I'm using 91% rubbing alcohol, which is way cheaper. It does take a fee blasts with a lighter to get it started. Then it takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get the flame going. Once it's going, I've had it running for a pinch over 3 hours. Mind you, this is on the lowest setting. We use it every night during dinner, so we don't need a bigger flame. This summer, I may use a bigger flame in my 3 season room. I really like this, it's well built. Not cheap looking at all. Has some weight to it. Anyway, it was a good purchase for the amount I paid. ... show more

I only wish it came with additional cotton wadding for longer repeated use without having to purchase separate package of replacement cotton. Glass is flimsy does not have proper support to sit on , so it kinda wobbles. The corners are extremely sharp and cut you.
