  • Great system !!!
Couldn’t be happier with my compustar alarm system ! This high current harness allows you to hard wire the wires yourself instead of the plug and play option they have available if they have it for you vehicle. Didn’t have it for my 01 Camry and 00 tundra so I had to purchase this HC wire harness to manually wire each wire to the correct vehicle wires . This is not a complete system for anyone wondering it only comes with the Dc3 brain (which does all the alarm functions) and the HC harness which is if you have to hard wire the wires manually like I did to my vehicle. I bought this kit along with the alarm it kit v2 , you have to buy the remote separately which you need (yes it’s not an all in one alarm system like viper or other alarm systems) I opted for the compustar T12 remote for my truck and got the t13 for my Camry . I then got the programming tool to be able to program the brain ( yes you need it otherwise you can’t put the alarm system without it) this is how dealers get you you spend 500$ on the alarm system and 500$ for installation well yes you can do it yourself by looking up a few YouTube videos I did so myself and have 2 working 500$ compustar alarm systems on both my vehicles and I absolutely love them !! ... show more
