This thing is cool. I thought the pistol rack was going to be some crappy cardboard junk, but NO! IT IS PADDED STEEL! Nicely made and the 1.71 CU FT safe is more than enough for about 10-12 pistols if you don't use a rack. Overall the safe matches the dimensions listed but the pictures are far in excess of what it can forget - you definitely would not be able to fit a switch or a full-sized pistol inside. The composition is exactly what you would expect at this price range and could likely be easily broken into if someone was determined to. It's also not water-resistant or fireproof. It would be a nice addition for a Airbnb or similar but I wouldn't leave anything too valuable of my own it at home. ... show more

For what it is it’s pretty decent. Dimensions are a smidge smaller then expected but not very much. Works as intended and I feel very comfortable that my belongings will be secure. Only complaint is that the door rattles a bit when closed. While punching in the code you have to hold the door down so it doesn’t make noise. Easily fixed by some foam fillers.
