Came well packaged and had zero dents and no scratches. I definitely feel like it protects well and so far I haven’t had any problems. Now the section where I can put my Apple Pencil is a bit big for my pencil but I feel like it’s not so much of a problem since my Apple Pencil connects to the tablet so I don’t think I’ll have a problem with it falling out. Now the only thing I will say is that the cover that protects the front part of the iPad in the inside it does collect dust and it is somewhat hard to clean so beware of that little hiccup. I have been looking for a case that has a pencil holder and didn’t make my screen protector peel up in the corners. I had high hopes for this as I LOVED the clear pink. It worked out perfectly. The magnet is fairly strong unlike others have stated. It doesn’t just flop open and the stand is secure .. so that’s nice. I only docked a star because it seems like the pencil isn’t secure and it’s also semi difficult to get out at the same time. The positive points are the price and the weight, both considerably less than others like Otterbox and Zugu. On the negative side, it is awkward to use in handheld mode, like a book in portrait mode because the cover is floppy - there is no magnet to hold it against the back of the iPad as in other more expensive cases. Also, the cutout for the power button does not allow clean access to the fingerprint reader. This improved somewhat after I deleted the fingerprint and re-added it with the cover in place, but it still failed much of the time. However, it works well standing up in landscape mode, provided you remember to fold the triangle so that the microfiber side is to the outside (one negative reviewer seems to have made this mistake). I ended up settling on the Moshi Versacover, which can stand the tablet up in either landscape or portrait mode. If you only want landscape mode, are willing to use your pin instead of your fingerprint to unlock the iPad, and want to save money, the Fintie might be good enough. ... show more
