I was looking for a case for my iPad, thinking I would add a keyboard later, when I found this case and keyboard combo at a price that I expected to pay for the case alone. Very pleased! The keyboard works great and I love the lighting options, and the magnet holding the keyboard in place is plenty strong. At this price point, I didn’t expect a high quality keyboard but it works fine for me. If you’re looking for a quiet keyboard, this isn’t for you, but I rather enjoy the “tapping” sound. Very easy to pair with iPad and I’ve had no issues with connectivity. Other reviews were correct - the keyboard cannot fit in the case when it’s closed, so if that’s a dealbreaker for you, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a case/keyboard combo, with lighted keyboard, at a great price, I highly recommend. ... show more

This keyboard isn’t perfect, but considering it was under $30, I can’t complain. I like the backlight feature and the ability to change colors for sure. It’s a good size (not crazy-small like others) and lightweight, but doesn’t feel too cheap. It works best on a hard surface, but I was pleased with how stable it is when sitting on my lap or my bed/sofa. The main issue I’ve had is that sometimes I will have to hit a key twice before it registers-it’s not quite as sensitive as I’d like. It may just take some getting used to. It’s also kind of inconvenient that you need to reposition the keyboard to close the case. It functions okay as a case without the keyboard, but it’s kind of unwieldy. Haven’t had any issues with the magnet personally, though that seems common among other reviewers. Overall good for the price, and would recommend it if you’re on a budget. If money is no object though, maybe shell out for a more expensive one. ... show more

30 bucks for this case with keyboard is a great price - the case fits my ipad gen 7 perfectly. it fits into the case with kind of a pliable rubber frame and holds tight. now - the keyboard - don't go by the guide in the box. it tells you to turn on the OPEN button on the bottom right. not there - turn on the ON button on the TOP right. then press the CONNECT button until the signal below for the bluetooth icon flashes blue. turn on your ipad and click on settings - then find bluetooth and click on that and the choice for bluetooth 5.0 will come up on the right- not 3.0 like the guide says. then click on that and it only takes a couple of seconds to pair with your ipad. be sure both devices are fully charged first. great keyboard ... show more

The case is great and light even with the keyboard. I love the functionality of the keyboard and the lights. The only complaint I have is that the keyboard doesn’t hold the charge. I charged the keyboard all night and when I began to use it….it stopped working. The case fits really well and is easy to use. The iPad fits securely. The keyboard is working great for a small inexpensive keyboard. It is not as responsive as a full sized laptop keyboard, but one can't expect that. I find I sometimes have to make a correction for a missed keystroke, but the keyboard feels pretty good and I can type quickly with few errors. The lighting is a nice feature, though not necessary for me. If it continues to work, I'm thrilled with this all. I say that because I had a very similar (perhaps identical) keyboard/case from a different brand and the keyboard suddenly failed at at not even 3 months. This one I've had for a month and it's working fine. If it continues to perform like this, I give it 5 stars. Fingers crossed. ... show more
