I am bad about leaving reviews, but after this backpack arrived I decided I had to immediately. I've tried so many backpacks for traveling that just aren't functional. I don't like to check luggage so I try to pack everything in my carry on. Usually my adidas and other name brand backpack is crammed full and the zippers pop open because they ate junk. NOT this one. I was looking for the largest, most functional, and MOST secure backpack I could find for international travel. This this is REALLY well made. High quality materials. I bought the biggest option. The layout is great. The lock on top works well. I LOVE the security cord that coils up tight in a small pocket, but stretches out to wrap around a secure object to lock the backpack so nobody can take it. There is an rfid secure pocket inside. There is so much storage capacity! It just keeps expanding with more pockets. There are little clips on the ends of the zippers to clip your zippers closed. It would take some noticeable effort to unzip them, so nobody could easily come up behind you and slip their hands in. The water bottle pocket has a stretch band to accommodate different sizes. The shoulder and lumbar padding is wonderful. The bottom of the large pocket has really plush bubble padding. There are inside pockets for your pens. There is a clip on the shoulder strap for your sunglasses. The laptop/tablet pocket is well padded but doesn't take up too much room. The luggage strap to secure it to your luggage handle is solid. There are straps and clips to squeeze it snug and secure. So many inside zipper pockets. The USB and Headphones Jack's perfectly positioned to plug in my phone. The wires inside to connect to my portable charger are long enough i can put my charger anywhere inside. There are nice pockets to store chargers and other devices. The material is all very well made. It feels like it would be waterproof but i haven't tested it yet. The zippers all have holes on the end so if you wanted to use a tsa lock on them you can. I can't say enough good things here. I LOVE THIS BACKPACK. I can't wait to use it on my next trip. You won't be disappointed with this one! ... show more

I got this bag hoping to get a new backpack with goof padding to my laptop, I usually put my laptop in a sleeve and then into my protective backpack for maximum protection, I've got to say that the padding for laptop protection is not as big as I hoped for it to be, but still decent, but all the otter ant theft features were there. The lock, hidden zippers, zippers locks and the wire were all there and they're all great. I also have to say the inside pockets are really good, you have a bunch of them that serves multi purposes. The material feels good and I've used it to travel pack my electronics and some clothes among some other things, and it worked really well for me, I also have to say that somehow it feels very comfy on my back with very sturdy double hangers that are made from steel but really well padded that you don't feel any of it. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, I just hoped they would have got the padding for the laptop a little more dense. ... show more

I bought this backpack to serve as both my 15" gaming laptop transport, and my emergency/make it home bag for my vehicle. I am able to fit my extra pistol (XDS .45 Mod. 2), my foldable AR pistol (PSA AR-9 with SB Tactical Brace, 4 inch barrel, and Law Folder) and of course my gaming laptop Asus Tufbook 15" gaming laptop) along with an entire assortment of other tools, tool kits, survival gear, spare change of clothes, and an assortment of different charger banks, USB-C, USB-A, Asus power wire, and other assorted items. I just want to say that while yes it can get cramped in here especially with my AR-9 and my laptop joining the party but I have customized both of them to take up as little space possible because every cubic millimeter of extra space adds up eventually. I use this as both a tactical backpack for use as my job as an overnight security job in one of the last places you would ever want to find yourself after 2 a.m., but with my pack allowing me to be discreetly armed to the teeth along with my primary side arm I feel much safer and more confident in my ability to defend myself should I be set upon by a large group of 10 or more armed intruders. I also carry a veritable smorgasbord of different electronic devices, powerbanks, charging cables, and of course my gaming laptop because although my job can be extremely exciting and very dangerous in small quick intervals, 40-60 hours a week alone anywhere where sleeping is not an option is going to eventually get boring no matter how many streaming services you subscribe to so I am able to connect to my phones Hotspot or just my prepaid Hotspot to do some gaming while keeping an eye on the cameras and approach vectors to my position. This backpack is extreme inexpensive but extremely capable of packing whatever you might need and is ready to be closed, locked up, and slung over your shoulder ready to rock and roll or just plain roll out and get away. It also doubles as a toolbox I wear on my back and my "make it home" bag I keep in my car. I have a cell phone repair kit, a ratcheting screwdriver, and a small hit deofer with every imaginable wrench or key head that exists, along with my emergency jump box for my car, survival gear such as a small single person bevy tent in case the tools don't work and I would otherwise end up stranded, I can just zip it up, lock it, and continue making my way home on foot and have enough survival gear and basic nutrition for up to a 1 or 2 day trek home. The lock on top allows you to program a custom 3 digit pass code to "lock" it closed but all that you have to do to get past this ingenious foolproof untraceable system, besides trying 999 different combos, is to simply cut the tops or top off of one or both zippers but still it does add an extra layer of security that would at the very least slow down a would-be thief, unless they are trying to take the whole backpack. With that entire of wall of text breaking down every aspect of my experience with this pack, though, for $20 plusb $10=$15 for a good power bank to connect to the USB port on the side this backpack is an unbeatable bargain. I absolutely love mine and whenever I leave my house you can bet that i will have it strapped to my back or sitting in my passenger floorboard in case things either get really loud really fast or if I come to some sort of impass that forces me out of my vehicle and onto my feet. 5/5 stars! ... show more

I like the size & sturdiness. Already I have had to test its waterproofing, no problems keeping electronics dry. I do, however, suspect that the strange smell that came with the bag is the waterproofing treatment. I couldn't figure out why I was smelling something that was causing my nose to burn hours after opening package. It was the bag. It has since diminished as the weeks have gone by. It holds my school laptop & ipad securely & room for my other teacher homework with ease. I like the inner pockets in both compartments; handy for separate chargers, calculators, pads, etc. I haven't tried the charging station area yet. I'm not sure if I will be able to pack as much clothes & personal items for summer vacay flights as my old schoolbag, but I will push its limits undoubtedly!! ... show more
