First of all, this is the best phone I've owned due to all the features. I don't like to pay a lot, and for around $125 you get a ton of features. Why no 5th star? The speaker (does it really cost that much to add another one?) is absolutely terrible. You can hear the words and the music ok, it just has no depth. No matter what equalizer settings you change, it's as bad as the cheapest am radio you could buy in the 70s. Also, you can't use the sd-card as internal memory. Since you can rarely put your apps on sd-cards any longer, you use a lot of internal memory if you have a lot of apps. I have a lot of apps - 232 as of today. Even so, I still have 90 GB left on the internal memory. And the phone is still FAST. So if you do use a ton of internal memory, just know the sd-card will be of little help (except for music, photos, misc files, etc) The HOTKEY is incredible. With 1 button you can pull up any apps you want instantly. Did I say it's fast? Yes sir/ma'am, it 'tis. I don't play video games, so I can't speak to that. But anything I throw at it, it handles great. This is my 2nd Umidigi (What the heck is an Umidigi? I thought the 1st time). I had an A9Pro and loved it, until I lost it driving on the highway - yep, left it on the roof and caught it flying off with my rear dashcam (I bought on Amazon BTW). I can't imagine why you wouldn't like/love this phone. If you do lose it, you're not out much $$ (just make sure you're backed up, for sanity purposes. I needed a phone to run multiple apps at the same time. This phone does that flawlessly. The price point is unbeatable and it gives the expensive new phones of today a run for their money. Everything works great camera (if you are looking for professional grade photos, this is not it.
