This case takes the worry I had about dropping the VERY EXPENSIVE iPhone 12 pro out of my mind. The phone is slippery in my dry hands without a case. With the rugged case on I have no more worries. I had difficulty putting the top on but once I had it just right it snapped together perfectly.

    • Stay away!! Horrible customer service plus product!
Stay away from this product if you can. This case is not only extremely bulky, but also it won’t allow you to access the corner of your phones because the adage of the cover from the top covers right where you would have to access keyboards. The built-in screen protector is horrible in multiple ways. First of all, it limits the keyboard access. secondly, you would have to press the letters hard enough to be able to type because the sensor is very poor. Well, what would you do when the product doesn’t satisfy you? Consider to return. Right? I did return the case on 2/17/21 using the retiring label they provided me, and got a an email from the a little over a month later, stating they haven’t received they return and considering to charge me for the product. Isn’t this awful!!! I would never recommend this product and the sellers to anyone I know! ... show more

No complaints about this screen protector (but I haven't dropped the phone), and I like that both the front and back of the phone are protected. The sensitivity of the touch screen is good, no problems. When it arrived, my only complaint was how difficult it was to separate the two parts of the protector, the front from the back, quite a struggle. I finally managed by using a tool. Putting it on the phone was not too bad, but I will say this. If I decide to remove this screen protector, I think getting it off the phone will require patience. ... show more

    • Great protection but faulty touch screen

Got this for my iPhone 11. At first, the two pieces of the case weren’t lining up right..so I took it off again and stretched it a bit, it fit like a glove. My only complaint now is with the front panel/touch screen. Dust gets in the top of the case and makes the screen show dirty specs. The front panel also doesn’t fit flushed to the phone so there is a strange “bubble” on the middle/left side my screen that pops weird when pressing the screen. This defect causes the touch screen to be somewhat faulty near the bubble. Could be better but decent for the price. ... show more

If you don’t want to use a glass stick on screen protector, and tend to drop your phone, this case is for you. It is thick around the edges however. The one I received had obviously been returned, so I wasn’t happy having ordered a new one. Personally the heft of the cover doesn’t feel comfortable in my small hands, so I’m not thrilled with it. I can see the crisp images on the screen through the screen protector better than any case before. It also feels like I am touching the phone directly but I know it’s covered. For the cost you literally can’t get any better, it’s a great deal. I have an iPhone 11 and I don’t have a problem with the bumpers on the side blocking my keyboard like others have mentioned. The screen protector doesn’t limit any form of touch. It perfectly matches my phones color too!! My only complaint is that the buttons for power and volume are reaaaally sensitive and I often accidentally bring up Siri when trying to lock my phone. Other than that 9/10 ... show more
