You can only unlock with Bluetooth. Not with WiFi. No big deal. They were easy to install and setup. Fingerprint option works good on them. It was so convenient to have it auto lock then use a fingerprint to get in the door. We have used it flawlessly for 6 months. The programming fingerprints and codes to unlock was straightforward if you follow directions. The battery insertion compartment was a pain trying to get the batteries to stay in the compartment while setting the battery door cover in place. The batteries kept popping out before I could get the cover on. UNTIL...it suddenly stopped accepting fingerprints. Then codes. It just flashes red. I have tried new batteries, resetting to initial factory settings and reprogramming, every different reset, "unplug & reboot" setting imaginable. I can't get it to recognize any new programming. I will contact the customer service email in the instructions and let you know how it goes. :) ... show more

We have been using this fingerprint lock for about 5 months. The lock works great. The batteries is lasting for a long time, haven’t been changed since the first day. The fingerprints and the app work great. Recently, I found out the key pads:“8” ”9” “0” ”#” stopped working.

    • Overall concept not bad

The overall concept of the door lock is nice however there are a few things that needs to be fixed such as passcode stop working, the app sometimes doesn’t connect to the door to unlock it, my fingerprint worked at first then stop working, and when opening from the inside you won’t know if it’s unlocked or locked you’ll have to open the door and test the lock from the outside to know if it’s locked. The passcode might have something to do with the new iPhone 14 it requires a 6 digit code and has you reset the passcode every time. As for my fingerprint it might be my fingerprint that doesn’t imprint or something but it works the first couple times of setting it over again then it stops working. My husband fingerprint works perfectly fine though. Overall it’s that not bad ... show more
