Was debating on buying the name brand Cricut heat press, a big tabletop heat press & this. So glad I chose this. You can't beat the fact this is portable, not super heavy but sturdy & well made. It came with clear directions, except for what the white fuzzy mat was used for, but after reviewing the Q&A I figured it out. It came with a foam heat press mat which is very convenient for using on any table top surface. Love the fact it comes with a rest for the press to sit in while not in use. I used one of the included transfer designs on a shirt and it worked perfect. It automatically shuts off if left on too long, which I like. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so happy with this product I decided to! I was a little nervous about buying this but I also didn’t want to spend twice the price on the name brand and I didn’t have room for a swing away or clam press. This works perfect! So easy to use. I am so happy I got it. I was using a regular clothes iron for my vinyl projects and this makes a world of difference. No more wondering what temp I am pressing at or worrying about overheating or not heating enough. Everything sticks on the first try, no more having to go back over spots that are coming up.     • Perfect for fusion fabric!
I got this as a gift from my son to use for making masks. It’s perfect to fuse the fusion fabric onto material. I went from spending all my time cutting out the shape of the mask into the fusion fabric then pressing it onto the fabric, then cutting the shape out of the material, then putting it together for a mask but now all I have to do is put it all under the heat press and let the iron do its job. I was able to take an all day job and cut it down to twenty minutes. It is perfect for fusing large pieces of material together in no time. The only flaw I could find in this machine and it’s accessories would be the rubber doughnut you rest the machine in. The machine puts out heat when it’s plugged in and powered on. There’s no insulation at the center of the rubber resting ring so it heats up the area underneath. I work at my dining room table so resting it on there is not an option even with the rubber ring so I have to set it on the floor between uses. Thankfully I have concrete floors so I don’t have to worry about scorch marks or fire hazards but the up and down can do a number on the back. I am thus far pleasantly surprised at how well this press works for me. The machine came as advertised (bought the pink and white one, the blue is a protective film that I haven't peeled yet). It was quick to heat to the required 150C I needed it to. The vibration seemed to give it a little more omph to the staying power vs. my home iron. The timer/buzzer was a nice touch as well. The shark was a quick shirt I did as a test run on my HTV stash (cheap 90 sheet variety pack from Amazon). Be prepared for the directions to either make no sense what-so ever or barely any sense after reading them 15 times. Key points: 1. Jam the base together with medium force, it was not an easy click; 2. Buttons your gonna have to play with them, I'm 100% sure they just put some words/pictures in the instructions and never looked back; 3. There are no screws regardless of what the instructions illustrate. The giggles came from the unexpected extra HTV designs they tossed in the box. It's safe to say these where not top of the line runs and English is not the designers first language. They are more or less salvageable with some trimming or left as a gag. A surprisingly decent soft white t-shirt (L) was also included. Overall, for $80 it totally serves my hobby needs. ... show more

Do not buy this product. I tried many different techniques to get this to heat properly for sublimation on polyester and this product didn’t heat it evenly at all and didn’t use half the ink off the paper. I have 2 stand alone presses and a 7x9 hand press and this one was AWFUL!!!!! I didn’t even have it for 24 hours before I hit the return button. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Save yourself the headache and waste of materials. I cannot explain how upset I am. ... show more

This is a great product. I just received it today and it is so easy to use. I did watch some videos about how to use the time and heat features without damaging my items and after about four hours of playing with it, I have heat pressed 9 shirts, a cover for my utility wagon, 6 koozies for friends with two sides and their name on it. It was a great purchase and I'm really glad I chose this particular one. I have a Cricut machine to make my transfers and everything works great together. I highly recommend. ... show more

Bought this heat press because I was tight on a budget of one. The holder for the heat press doesn't sit flush but it does the job. The vibration of the machine kind of screws with the vinyl depending on the size of vinyl but other than that I haven't had any issues. It heats up n does what I want while being cheap so win win ... show more
