This is overall a good massage chair for a small a small office space. It was easy to assemble. My only issues after using it for a week is the back adjustment and faulty remote control. The chair has come apart after I made sure the tightening wheel on the side was as far as it could go. I’m afraid to move but so much because of the multiple cords. You basically have to keep the lumbar pillow in one spot. That may not work if you’re tall or have a long back. I would have given more stars had the back been designed in a safer way. Also the remote has sometimes doesn’t work properly. Sometimes when I hit the power button it just blinks. I would never buy this again. ... show more

I got this for my wife. After putting it together, she currently uses it now and the paddding is great and was a good upgrade. The issues with the under set leg rest. its angled in a way where she doesnt allow you to tuck your feet under the seat.

This Hoffree office chair has all of the features that I was looking for. Everything I needed to assemble it was included, and between me and my kids we had it together in less than 1/2 hour. One thing that was a little confusing was that some of the bolts were already partially in the "receiving" part and had to be taken out, but there were also identical bolts in the supply bag. I needed to use all of the ones that were pre-attached, and also some that were loose. There were a few left over. Other than that setup was easy. My old chair's armrests were too long and would scrape the edge of my desk. The armrests on this one are long enough to be comfortable, but they do not stick out further than the seat. I also like the slight curve to them which adds to the comfort. There are two levers on the side under the chair, one for up-and-down like on most other chairs, but also one that allows you to lean the back to your desired comfort level. To me that really adds to the value because sometimes I just want to sit and read and I can lay back a bit. It moves easily across low carpeted floors, and is quiet when it rolls. Hands down the comfiest office chair I have ever sat in. My favorite part of this chair is the reclining feature. If I want, I can simply lay back and the chair will recline for me, the foot rest will come out, and I can take a quick nap. The cushion is super comfortable and offers great lumbar support. I like this chair. It is comfortable and seems to be well-made. This chair offers two functions that most office chairs don't. That is an adjustable tilt lock and a footrest. The footrest is easy to operate and can be tucked away under the seat when not in use. The footrest is small for my frame. I'm 6'2" and my feet hang over the rest. The other item I appreciate is the lockable tilt function. You can lock the back in any tilted position you like. The chair provides adequate cushion for your back and bottom.
