    • Great Scooter, but product support is not great
My son loves this scooter, it's sturdy, battery life is good. It's fast enough... overall, pleased. A couple months ago, he had an accident and broke the hinge for the rear fender. I first tried to contact the company using their website, and eventually got someone to respond to my email. Then they told me to contact through amazon, which I could not figure out how to do that.... some of that is on me. So once I figured that out, then it was back and forth, I sent pictures and then we worked it out. I finally got the hinge, but the front fender not the back fender. (I actually don't even need the fender, but I had hoped it would come as one assembly).. I mean eventually they get back to you, but the customer service was not great and overall it took me 2 months to get the part. Also, it cam with no instructions, and if you aren't a handy person with mechanical knowledge, you would have a heck of a time trying to put it back together.... Just keep that in mind when buying something. Good product, but customer support isn't as easy as it could be. I just contacted them asking if I could return the incorrect fender for a partial refund. I mean $30 for small piece of plastic?? But better than not being able to use the scooter.... ... show more

    • Pretty good, most things right.
Its pretty light and durable. Looks and feels great. Its fast and has tires that cannot go flat. My only cons are as follows: Brakes are damn near dangerous. They are incredibly powerful... It feels like it will flip you or kick you off if you are not careful. I don't think they should have left the factory like this. Only other con is cruise control, which isn't really bad and can be canceled by using the acceleration or brakes. Would be better if it could just be toggled on and off. Overall I'm happy. I'm going to look around and see if there is any "hack/mod" to make the brakes a little lighter however. I would buy this again, and may as scooters don't seem to last that long. Its a nice upgrade over my last scooter which was nearly the same price. Pro-tip: read the manual on the control panel/button. I see a lot of ppl wishing they could change it from km/h to mph. You can, press the button 3 times fast and it switches. ... show more

    • Great product until it stops working and you need customer service.
I bought this scooter in August 2022 for my son while at school. It had worked great for him, until it didn't. It stopped on his way back to school from practice with no warning. Just stopped. He tried to troubleshoot to work it out to no avail. He tried to charge and it wouldn't turn on. After a few days, it did turn on and he thought it was all fixed. Took it out and it only went for a bit, and then stopped again suddenly. (This all happened in January 2023). I called Amazon for help, but since past return date, I had to contact seller. They gave me the phone number, which I tried while still on the phone with them. No answer. They gave me an email address, so I sent one explaining the situation with both mine and my son's contact information, resent 3 times for a week. Amazon said they would call me back in 2 days to follow up. I did not receive a call, so I called them after day 5. (meanwhile I had to order a new scooter for my son, about $300-different company). Amazon was helpful and said they would reimburse about 1/3, which I think will go on our account as a gift card. So, great product until you need help. Amazon said it has a year warranty, but that doesn't help if you can't get in touch with them. ... show more

When my car broke down I didn’t have a car for a few months and i live really close to a train station where I can catch the train and get dropped off close to my job. Total of about 10mile round trip. The scooter handled the ride very well. Had 2 “major” hills to get up on my return so a full battery charge was sometimes risky. But it always got me home on one bar of battery left. But I usually was able to charge it at work so I had a full battery on the way home. It is very dangerous if you don’t pay attention. One day on my way home. I take the same route everyday but this day there was a mysterious pot hole on the sidewalk I didn’t see and my wheel caught the lip of it and my handbars turnt and locked on me and I flew off the scooter and broke my toe 😂 but I kept riding it to and from work with the broken toe. I was skeptical when I bought reading the bad reviews but for the price I said whatever and got it and I love it honestly. 0 issues with it what do ever. I bought two of these scooters for my girls as birthday presents. After using them for two weeks, one of them started speeding when the speed handle was not in use. One of the girls nearly rolled over as the speed went out of control. The handles on the second scooter snapped and the cables came out. The scooters have been hibernating in the garage for over a year and a half and I feel ripped off that I invested this much money and have not paid off. ... show more

    • It's Fast and The Battery Life Has Been Great
Got this scooter to help my commute for when we go back to the office. So far, I've been enjoying just driving it around with my kids. The 3 powers settings have been great. I'll let my kids use it, but only on the lowest setting so they can't go too fast for their ability. But it's easy enough my 6 yr old can ride it. I like the fact that there is a cruise control so you don't have to continuously hold the accelerator, but you can also remove the cruise control by hitting the accelerator again. Hitting the brakes when you're going 15 mph can feel a little unsafe. I like to remove the CC to start to slow down, and then brake. I'm 200 lbs, and I can easily get to 15 mph on the highest setting. The 2nd setting is limited to 10mph, and the slowest is 6.5 mph. It has a smooth ride, though the solid tires can get a little bumpy when you move to the asphalt. Not a big problem to me. as I don't have to worry about flats. battery life has been great. I charged it two weeks ago for the first time, and while I haven't used it every day, i have gone on a few bike rides with my kids and gone to the office one time. It's now showing as half full on the charge, so I am happy with the battery. I like that it folds up. I take it into my office, and set it in the corner. I can carry it one handed.
