The frame for the glass door is not lined up properly and was "stuck" in the upper left corner and he was afraid he would break it so in our trying to open to put rocks in etc, it is now marred. We purchased this after building a statement wall in our living room. The fireplace is our focal point and we’re very happy with our purchase. There is a remote, which controls the size of the flames, the heat, a timer, and different colors for the flames. There are also crystals included if you like that look, but we haven’t used them. The media could not be loaded. This is my third electric fireplace purchase. I returned the first 2. I am looking for two things, great heat output and realistic fire 🔥 I love this fireplace but for the fact that there is only one setting out of the multitude of settings that resembles a real fire. I wish that they had a red orange choice rather than all of these blue purple green unrealistic choices. they need to have more than one realistic choice for those of us who desire this electric fireplace to look like an actual fire. Trying to figure out a way to get some red in there and then I will keep it otherwise I’m still looking ... show more

I am very happy with this heater however description on Amazon says temperature goes up to 86. This heater and in the instructions manual it only goes up to 82 which was a disappointment to me but it does suit purpose. Easy to operate and I do recommend it
