The media could not be loaded. Got this ESKUTE electric scooter last month and have been using it almost everyday since it came in already assembled inside the box. It is a really good product & actually turned out to be having some really improvised features which I am highlighting below from my experience riding it till now: 1) First things first, I liked it's pretty solid range of miles being able to be driven on a single charge which from my calculations is coming to somewhere around 27 to 28 miles per single full charge which is really exceptional in my opinion. 2) The balance achieved when riding it including on bumpy roads and flat surfaces is really smooth and partly it is possible due to its excellent quality shock absorbers which ensure no safety issues whatsoever when riding it. 3) Both it's ECO mode and PERFORMANCE mode are excellent modes of driving. ECO mode in particular is a safer and more comfortable way and helps achieve the best battery life performance whereas the PERFORMANCE mode rides this electric scooter faster and ensures to give the rider like me some good thrills while riding it on that mode. 4) The scooter is intelligently designed to operate and won't simply start just by holding the accelerator but instead, the rider has to slightly start pushing the electric scooter and then hold the lever to start accelerating this electric scooter and this is a great safety feature such that inside the home or on patio, if I accidentally push the level, the scooter won't move. 5) Talking about safety, 1 more intelligent feature I discovered after pairing this electric scooter with the ESKUTE app on my cellphone is that using the app itself, I am able to digitally lock my electric scooter after which it won't move or operate. This is 1 excellent feature which ensures that the theft of this electric scooter will be mostly impossible. 6) On the performance mode, I was able to achieve speeds crossing 18 miles per hour but generally, I ride slightly slower on eco mode to save battery life. But the top speed of 18+ miles per hour is really impressive. Also, there is a Cruise Control feature provided in this electric bike and I utilized that feature few times and it worked flawlessly while riding on Cruise Control mode in the neighborhood. 7) It's dual front & back brakes also ensure excellent braking mechanism when need arises. The scooter stops very quickly after applying brakes. 8) The bottom body of this electric scooter is broad enough to comfortably place both the feet behind each other without risk of any feet going outside the scooter areas. This ensures comfortable driving experience to me while using it daily to drive around my community and nearby areas. 9) There are lights including powerful headlights provided on the scooter which ensures safe riding even at the nighttime and my personal experience riding this electric scooter at night was really good and more importantly safe. 10) The scooter is easily foldable and is able to get parked fast and easy in the corner of my home without any hassle and also doesn't require much space due to it's excellent design. 11) Its both front and back tires are robust and strong enough to yield a big load in form of me on them and still drive efficiently. I am a 200+ lb weight person and is still able to drive just fine on this electric scooter. 12) There is almost no annoying noise generated when riding this electric scooter and the rides are very peaceful to both myself and to people surrounding me when I pass then riding this electric scooter. The motor of this electric scooter is very quiet and a great job has been done on designing it. Even the batteries are not getting hot after extended driving experience in a single stretch on this electric scooter. 13) There is a small kickstand provided on the side of it which ensures it to be parked efficiently without any risk of it getting dropped or falling on the floor. 14) BONUS: It came with a cell-phone holder inside it which I will soon install to place my cell-phone on it while riding it. This is 1 long term solution for my office commutes and daily amusement rides. It's superior build quality bundled with some great safety features in it make it a definite recommendation from my end for folks exploring an excellent quality and reliable electic scooter.     • Breaks failed, caused me to get robbed for the scooter.

Well for about the first week and a half of owning it I thought it was the greatest thing ever, good battery life good acceleration just a well made product..,. And then I rode it once on a rainy day and literally fell off the thing twice, traction isn't the best... and then for no reason last night the handbrake failed on a moderate Hill in San Francisco (luckily I wasn't going down a really steep one or I would have been terribly hurt) but it was for that reason (and the fact there is no foot break on the rear wheel which I find odd) that I had decided to turn off and push the scooter through a really bad neighborhood in the city and as a result of this I was approached by a group of hooligans who roughed me up and stole my scooter. And to top it all off there's no current app to connect it to my phone so I can't track it or lock it. Really really upset about this one. ... show more

    • Brake issue RESOLVED!

Super powerful. The 48v systems like this just feel much stronger than the 36v scooters. The battery really does have 480 w-h. The tires are 4 ply tube type that go to 45 psi. The app works. Front shocks work well. No rear suspension but smooth anyway. The deck is wide like the rental scooters. But…..The Brakes are way too strong. It’s all or nothing basically so lean back! I think it’s the electronic braking that kicks in at full strength regardless of how much brake is applied. That’s really the only drawback I found. Edit: I fixed the brake issue by adding another brake lever for my right hand. Routed the brake cable to that one. Now I have a EBS brake with my left hand and the drum brake with my right hand. No more abrupt braking now! ... show more

    • Fun, fast and easy to handle.

We were concerned when we received the delivery as the box was damaged. We contacted the company who advised us that the scooter inside should be undamaged but to contact them again if we had any concerns. The scooter was a Christmas gift for our son. We decided to give him the gift early.....just in case it was damaged. We needn't have worried. Our son put the scooter together in 5 minutes and it worked immediately. Already charged. He is now able to join his sons riding to school on their scooters and he loves it. The scooter is fast and easy to handle. It is also large enough for his 6ft 4in frame. He loves it which makes us very happy and we give the scooter 5 stars knowing that the company will help if needed. ... show more

    • Good scooter, but does not charge

I was able to ride to and from work one day, but realized on day two, that the battery level had not gone up while I thought I was charging it. Going to order another charger and hope that fixes the problem, because the help/support link on their website doesn't work. Edit: Tried a new charger. Also did not work.
