This is a decent chair for the price. Pros: *Inexpensive *Does have a mostly ergonomic back *Assembly wasn't too bad *Mostly comfortable *Adjusts up and down *Not super heavy Cons: *The seat smells really weird, like chemicals. I aired it out outside for 2 days and it didn't clear up, so I did my best to clean it *Even though a lot of it is common sense if you look at it, the directions aren't great *The arms are a bit low/awkward. Definitely not comfortable in the least *The seat is comfortable enough, but it's going to wear out quickly even with someone small like myself sitting on it. ... show more

Before I get into the pros and cons, my size is small frame and lower weight at 5'3" and 120 lbs. Pros: 1. The assembly was not difficult and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. 2. It's a good swivel and the seat is comfortable, especially when needing a hard surface for sciatics and sacral spine issues Cons: 1. The biggest issue is the plastic along the lowed back for the "lumbar support". The plastic is behind mesh and it's very stiff, but if you're shorter like me, then it hits a certain location on the back and it can be extremely uncomfortable. It pokes in the center of the spine and it's unpleasant. 2. THE NOISE. BIG CON. The chair makes the worst creaks just sitting on it and moving in the slightest amount. The spring feels questionably insecure and it vibrates and feels like it's going to break at certain points. I am only 120 lbs so my weight is within the limits of use for this chair. The chair is really loud and it's annoying to myself and everyone around me. That really needs to be tested and fixed. It's cheap and you really get what you pay for. I should have gone for a slightly more expensive chair that would've been better than this, but this will do temporarily ... show more

I don't usually review the products that I buy only because I generally forget :) However, this chair deserves my attention. I have to admit, I was very skeptical at first but I took a shot. I figured the worst thing that can happen is that I don't like it and it goes back. However, much to my surprise the chair is definitely worth $9.99!!! There was a $19.99 shipping charge but the thing weighs 18 pounds. I will admit a couple of things. 1) If you have big hips, it's not meant for you. 2) If you sit for long hours at your desk, this chair is possibly not for you. If you just using your computer to pay bills, check emails, do homework, type a quick document, make a quick video call and so on, the chair is perfect!!! It also slides very nicely across a wood floor. With inflation the way it is today, it's great to see a company offer a product at an inflation beater price! Thank you BestOffice!!! ... show more

I bought this chair to pair with my desk now that I moved back home from college. It was a good price compared to alternatives, and I really needed a chair. It’s really comfy and the wheels move so much better than expected. I’m 4’11 so it’s a good comfy size. It’s very sturdy and mechanics work great. Only downside is that it WAS NOT easy to assemble. It took me a little over an hour and the screws were really hard to fix it the chair because of all the stuffing it had to get through. However once you get past that, it’s a pretty nice chair.
