This is a decent chair for the price. Pros: *Inexpensive *Does have a mostly ergonomic back *Assembly wasn't too bad *Mostly comfortable *Adjusts up and down *Not super heavy Cons: *The seat smells really weird, like chemicals. I aired it out outside for 2 days and it didn't clear up, so I did my best to clean it *Even though a lot of it is common sense if you look at it, the directions aren't great *The arms are a bit low/awkward. Definitely not comfortable in the least *The seat is comfortable enough, but it's going to wear out quickly even with someone small like myself sitting on it. ... show more

I recently purchased the Home Office Mid-Back PC Computer Office Chair from BestOffice with high hopes for my home office setup. The chair itself is well-constructed, with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and a sleek design that fits nicely into my workspace. However, I must mention a significant caveat for potential buyers: if you’re over six feet two inches tall, this chair might not be the best fit for you. While the chair’s height adjustment is adequate for most, the backrest does not provide the necessary support for someone of a taller stature, and the armrests can feel awkwardly positioned. If you have a butty and thick thighs, do not buy this chair. The arm rests will dig into your thighs with the narrow rim of the inner arm. There's no option to remove them as they are how the back rest mounts onto the chair. I would prefer a wide or extra wide version as it hurts to sit in this chair. The back of the chair was a pain in the butt to get on. I had to pull this way or push that way to line up the holes and get the screws in place. The chair also tries to dump me out every time I try to roll forward, and it is not all about the carpet. I'm going to work to see if I can do some adjustments to elevate this issue. Update: I found the cause of this issue- broken welds! The first picture shows the broken welds, and the other picture shows what the good ones looks like. This is a factory quality control issue. This base should have never made it to the painting process, let alone out of the factory. The screw cover are not a proper fit and do not want to stay in place without force, and then break. The color and over all look is as expected. I am not sure how adjustable this chair is. However, I will likely be returning this painful chair. ... show more
