Update: contacted the seller and they rectified the issue. We love this ink and will continue to purchase I bought this in April and we didn’t open it until today. The white and red bottles are not completely full. For the price of the ink, our bottles should all be the same level. Hopefully the sell
er will respond to me and I’ll change this review if they fix the issue. Over all great ink

Have an expensive Erasmart printer, saw this ink had a special Amazon deal. Big mistake! Thought there was an issue with my printhead, cleaned everything, injected cleaner through tubing and printhead, started fresh and same results. White ink was very faint. So I pulled all this ink through and went
back with my previous ink. Viola! Printing white like it’s supposed to again. I wish Amazon would take this back or issue a refund, but I’m sure I’m just out of luck and out $200. Unless you have a cheap printer and don’t mind having faint white background on your images, stay far away from this ink! 0 stars!
