Easy to install...probably a minute! What is best is the ability to adjust the angles, etc. Phone goes in and out quickly and maintains the hold over bumps. Because it "sticks out" towards the driver, the awkward way you might have to reach the phone with other holders is eliminated. It is simple to install, but if you need instructions the enclosed instruction sheet is not well thought out...best just to look at pictures of the unit mounted.
