    • Both the start-up as well as the back-up "beeping" noise is TOO LOUD!

Already explained in the headline. This "beeping" sound was driving BOTH my wife and me CRAZY! Fortunately I was/am still a bit handy. I was able to silence this confounded "beeping" noise entirely. However, if I have the opportunity to take this scooter with me to an assisted-living institution, I have the ability to re-connect this horrible beeping noise again, so I don't back into any of the other residents. Another complaint: The turning radius is rather wide, but I guess that this itself is a safety measure that I can live with. I also employ a bamboo-filled seat cushion to raise my body up a bit. If you are 6ft tall forget this one. It might be ok if the seat could be back and forth like a car seat. With the column moved forwarded my knees sometimes hit the forward / reverse levers. And as others have said the reverse beeper is really loud, I even had one of the staff complain.

Absolute life changing decision in purchasing this for my wife. She can now go places and do things that we couldn't for the past 5 years because of her struggles with RA. My only complaint might be the low ground clearance but still an amazing addition to her quality of life.

Sinc e I received the scooter, not one year ago. some little pieces (plastic parts, screws) are falling off. I have to ensemble and disassemble at least once or twice a weeks, to put the scooter in the trunk of my car. It is heavy for a senior. Actually the connection of the rear part to the front part is falling into pieces and I don't know how much time will my wife be able to use it.
