This is a great scooter for young kids. I maxes out at 9 MPH so pretty safe for kids, make sure they wear a helmet. Has cute light features. Also has 3 modes so if you want your kids to not go so fast you can reduce the maximum speed. Seems to be well built and can take some abuse.

This is an awesome electric scooter. It’s easy to charge and holds a charge for a while. It’s easy to use too. My 8 year old is easily able to adjust the speed and use this all on his own. This is a great scooter. Super high quality and works great!

The kids cant get enough! I swear whenever they have the opportunity this thing comes out. Goes a decent speed for a kids scooter. Assembly was easy and it charges relatively quickly too. Seems to last upwards of an hour of use. No complaints from us!

This Electric Scooter for kids is a great gift for kids. It comes with colorful LED lights on the bottom that change colors as you ride. It says it has 3 speed gears 5/8/10 mph, however it really doesn't seem to go faster than 5 mph. Also it takes a long time to charge up and then quickly uses up the battery. So my child didn't get to use it for a long time. Great looking scooter, just not long lasting battery. ... show more

    • Easy to set up and fun for the kids
This scooter is so nice. It's not rickety at all. Instead it's very sturdy and doesn't go too fast making it safe for my kids to use around the front yard. The makers had the right idea when they put 3 levels of max speed at 5/8/10 mph. The RGB lights are fun too especially in the evening. It was incredibly easy to set up by attaching the 3 parts together and I like that it came with the additional grip tape. ... show more

The scooter was pretty easy to put together. When the lights come on, the colors are exciting for my kids. Everything worked fine but I couldn’t make the scooter go. I pushed on the throttle, and nothing happened. After re-reading the directions, it seemed like I did everything right in putting things together. I contacted the seller of the scooter HYPER GOGO, about the problem. I was very impressed that they quickly told me what the issue was. As it turns out, the error was on my end. You're supposed to begin riding the scooter the traditional, non-powered way, and then engage the throttle once you have it already rolling. When I tried this at the seller's instruction, it worked immediately, and it was a blast! The scooter is quick, stable, and a very enjoyable ride. I did find that you have to get the scooter rolling at a decent speed before the motor will engage, and it wouldn't do so if you were going too slow, but it wasn't hard to get it to work. We really like it! There are three speed settings, and they do make a noticeable difference when riding. The only real feedback I have at this point is with the instructions. They could be much better, specifically with giving operation instructions, because currently they have none. This is what led to my initial disappointment: I didn't know the specific steps to get it working and the instructions make no attempt to tell you.     • Made for kids, but adults can enjoy it too
I'm a 260 pound 6'1" adult and can ride this scooter. It's not particularly fast with me on it, but its motor is strong enough to keep me in motion. It is definitely designed for kids though, as I have to hunch a bit to reach the handlebars while riding it, and the deck itself is quite short, I end up having my back foot angled on its toes with the heal resting over the rear brake most of the time, but it can be done. The battery life is great. For a normal kid use, you can expect it to last quite a long time during rides, but for me it last around 30 or 40 minutes under a constant throttle, which is surprising given its not designed for someone of my size. There are LEDs on the deck and they're addressable, so you can have a solid color or and rainbow pulsing design, and they're cyclable through the button on the throttle controller. Not particularly fast, when I'm on it it moves at a decent jogging pace, though when my little cousin is on it it does go much quicker. You do need to push off still, the motor will not engage from a standstill, which can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it. It's got both a front brake handle as well as a rear "step" brake that you step on the slow, and the motor will free will forward so you can coast without it causing drag and slowing you down. ... show more
