It came a lot faster than the expected date. It's a little short but it's fine for me. It's a tough little scooter. I rode around my property through grass, gravel even mud and it had no problem. I love it and highly recommend it as long as you aren't too tall. The seat height is adjustable so it might work for longer legs. There really isn't a lot of legroom but you can stretch your leg out and rest it on the fender. I wanted a small one that I can put in my SUV. This one is perfect for that. The seat and battery lift off easily and the handle folds down. The delivery person did a good job getting it close to the house. I had to open it and take it in a piece at at time which was no problem. It was very easy to put together. You don't even need instructions. It can move but the speed is adjustable. I suggest that you start on slow until you get used to it. It's really pretty and even matches my car. I didn't expect that. It says to charge for 12 hours but it came fully charged. It was delivered days before it was initially supposed to. Well packaged , very easy to put together. A gorgeous color ( plum ) which is rare , most scooters are red . Not that it matters, it’s well built and sturdy I’m 5’ 9 and I fit comfortably, it’s adjustable . I have a long gravel driveway, so getting the mail or taking the trash can to end was a task. My trash can has wheels , so I tilt it towards me and drive on, pulling the can behind me. Works great! I’ve also discovered…. I bought a metal grocery cart (from Amazon ) I use it to bring groceries etc in the house . Pull it behind me and off I go . I’m sure it could be helpful in many other ways I haven’t discovered yet ! ... show more

It's parts were carefully packed in styrofoam with the English owner's manual right on top; no scratches. The wheeled base and tiller come pre-assembled. Really, the only thing to do is assemble the seat post and armrests on the chair. After an overnight charge it was ready to go. The seat spins right around and clamps to the post every 45°. It is much more stable than it looks. A large knob allows the tiller to swing right out of the way and clamp down again easily. The controls are super easy to use. Also, the tiller has a grab bar, not a simple handle. It is steered and controlled by either hand, or both. It loads easily into the trunk of my car in several ways. The wheeled base is the heaviest part. It has a suitcase handle at one end and casters at the other. It is brilliantly designed for being driven and transported. There is a problem. The ride is very harsh. My wife at first found the seat too hard, but a little pillow helped support her lumbar. She was able to drive it four miles in D.C. from the hotel to the Vietnam memorial and back; but she felt every curb cut and paver bump. Also, there should be something to support the heels. Maybe pads that fold down in front of the wheel housings; like on a wheelchair. ... show more

I bought this for myself to use at the Disney Parks because I have a bad hip. It is easy to unassemble and transport in the cargo area of my small SUV. I would advise that 2 people lift the base. It's fast! Lol! Very easy to maneuver. I absolutely love this scooter! It comes with a basket, cup holder and USB port! It's everything you need for an adventure with limited mobility. The battery lasts a long time. I never worry about the battery. I'm 5'10" and 250 pounds and I'm very comfortable. I searched a long time for the right machine that had everything I want. I put this together myself and I am 69 with arthritis. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. After that, everything fit together easily and without tools. My only issue is I can't raise the seat because I am not able to pull the seat back off. If anyone knows a trick, I'd love to hear it. Riding the scooter is way better than I even hoped. It is very fast and super efficient with battery life. It is easy to run and has a better turning radius than I had expected. Note that I am using the scooter exclusively outside so there is alway room to turn around. The light was a bit of a dissapointment - it is not a headlight. I take a flashlight with me for those darker areas (I do use it at night). I can easily run the scooter while holding a full garbage bag in the other hand. All in all, very happy. ... show more

My wife due to foot problems, is unable to walk long distance. She needed something to enable her to get around, she wants to see her grandson play baseball, but the distance from parking to ball field was too much. Since getting the Mobility scooter, she is able to do many things. The scooter is light weight and fits in the back of my SUV nicely. Comfortable, smooth operating, easy to assemble and use. This company worked hard to live up to the promises. The box was in bad shape of the scooter from NJ but the scooter was just fine, It was packed extremely well. The process of putting it together was very simple after everything was removed from the box it took less than 5 minutes to assemble everything. No tools were required. It separates into 4 easily handled pieces with the base unit (wheels, motors, deck, and tiller) the seat, the seat post, and the basket. The base unit is heaviest but has two good places to grab a hold of to lift. It weighs around 50 pounds. The battery is probably around 25 or so and has a top mounted handle and is easily carried. The seat weighs maybe 15 or 20 pounds and the basket is the lightest around 5 pounds. It took about 6 hours to bring the battery to full charge from the indicator light on the charger but I left it on all night as per the instructions. The instructions and owners manual are well written with only a few grammer mistakes but is completely understandable. I have tried to contact the company on the return of the second scooter when it arrives but they have not returned my calls yet. ... show more
