I have several wax and candle warmers but this one is the most interesting one. I suggest putting it some where that you can see it because the little fire scene is awesome. I have it on my dresser and turn it on at night and it really adds a lot of ambience. The wax holder is really easy to take out and remove the wax. The timer is awesome and works up to 8 hours, you can use it without the fire scene if you want too. I highly recommend this as a unique change from the ordinary wax or candle warmer. ... show more

works well, appearance is a little mini fireplace in your room if you don’t have one, definitely adds light to the room. Easily melts the wax cubes and is safe. It gives the appearance that it might be hot to the touch, but it’s like any other candle warmer. Love it!

I love this wax melt. You can turn it on for 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, or indefinitely. You can also turn the “fire display” screen off, on full brightness or on a low brightness level, all while keeping the wax melting part on. It’s a perfect addition to my foyer table for the winter months. As someone else mentioned, the little melting plate will chip up. I still purchased this thinking that the other reviewer must’ve just used a metal tool or something harsh to wipe away old wax. I’ve used this wax melt every single day for 4 months now, and as I wiped away the old hot wax with a paper towel today, it happened to me—the bottom of the plate wiped away with it. It’s not a deal breaker for me because it’s still really pretty, but just know it will probably happen to yours over time too. ... show more

This is beautiful and I love the little fireplace . It's just it does not get hot enough to completely melt the wax. I buy the small ones so they should melt faster but it just slightly melts an hour later mostly stays a soft lump. I've seen other reviews saying the same thing, either fox the issue or stop selling them I hate shipping th8ngs back to return.. My guess is more people are like me in that they don't either, so they sell a effective product and no one sends it back so people think they're good. THEY ARE NOT GOOD 5 star reviews ? I don't think so. BTW product info says 6 mo warranty "contact seller" ..Hmm I've looked everywhere the last 30 min I have yet to find anyplace to contact the sellers. ... show more
