The first set I ordered, 2 of the glass jars were broken. They weren't packaged very well. Did a return/replacement. The 2nd set arrived in better shape but I'm not sure how because they weren't packaged well either. Anyway, I was very excited to try these out. I put them together, filled them with water and essential oils as directed, and plugged them in. So disappointed. Unless you stick your nose right next to it, you aren't going to smell anything. So I returned them, because they do not work. Just received my credit for the return and a RESTOCKING FEE was deducted. So, they restocked the item that I told them didn't work. I have used the prefilled diffuser, but the scents were overwhelming. Decided to try the empty diffuser with my own oils. The scent is noticeable in a small powder room, but undetectable in our family room. The scent throw is decent and so far so good! 2nd picture is after a week of use. I imagine it will be a while before it's ready for a refill. I plugged it in the bathroom, bedroom and near the garbage can. All 3 spaces worked very well. This one will stay in the bathroom for now and I gifted the other. The extra bottles help too so I can switch out scents if I grow tired of this one before it's empty. ... show more
