I have a similar slightly more expensive product that I received as a gift, and wanted another one for my bedroom. This looked like the same product, at a discounted price and was excited to get it. Unfortunately the rolling flame stopped working almost immediately. The light still comes on and the wax still melts, so I decided to keep it, since itโ€™s not worth the hassle of returning it. Beautiful! The flame stopped flickering about an hour after turning it on. I am going to try to fix it. Over all it is really neat and warms wax right away. I bought four of them for gifts. I hope they will last longer than mine.

I've had this for awhile and I think it's safe to say that it works as it should, however after owning it for 3 months, the motor for the fire effect went bad and it no longer works to produce the fire effect. That doesn't impede its ability to melt the wax but it's something to keep an eye on if you like the fire effect. The motor for it is a bit weak. Overall it's good at melting wax. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. "Update and then my original review below. I've had it for maybe 6 weeks or so. Still works, still beautiful but the silicone tray started to smell like burnt rubber. A kind of skunk smell. I am so sad. I bought another one from a different seller and that one is fine. Returning it for another one." I wish the tray was metal. On the other one that I purchased I put a small piece of Reynolds wrap to keep the tray from over heating. It works! Original review below I bought one and had to have another! I accidently bought from a different seller. The packaging was different but pretty and very well done with foam to protect the warmer. This one had plastic you had to peel off of the front and the other didn't. So far it working great! People say that the black silicone tray will have paint chip off of it so I am being very careful with it. SO HAPPY! My family loves them! another update. A month after purchase the heating element went out and so did the 8 hour button. It still looks pretty but won't heat. I have to others thank goodness ... show more
