    • STOPPED WORKING
i was initially really happy with this purchase. i purchased the skull. it went well with the bathroom aesthetic and worked well. it was a bit hard to clean the wax out completely and i noticed alot of the wax stained the tray but no biggie. any way ive had it now for about 4 months and it completely took a crap. i thought it just needed a new bulb but nope. tried multiple bulbs, different outlets and nothing. just doesnt work at all any more. i contacted amazon who was no help at first and then contacted the seller directly and they offer no type of warranty. they instructed me to contact amazon which i had already done. i ended up being able to get a partially refund but all i wanted was a replacement and i was willing to ship the old one back to them but they would only offer a partial refund and i still had to send the item back to them. so i ended up losing money. i usually really like scentsation and their brand but i dont know that i will purchase from them again after this ... show more
