It came a lot faster than the expected date. It's a little short but it's fine for me. It's a tough little scooter. I rode around my property through grass, gravel even mud and it had no problem. I love it and highly recommend it as long as you aren't too tall. The seat height is adjustable so it might work for longer legs. There really isn't a lot of legroom but you can stretch your leg out and rest it on the fender. I wanted a small one that I can put in my SUV. This one is perfect for that. The seat and battery lift off easily and the handle folds down. The delivery person did a good job getting it close to the house. I had to open it and take it in a piece at at time which was no problem. It was very easy to put together. You don't even need instructions. It can move but the speed is adjustable. I suggest that you start on slow until you get used to it. It's really pretty and even matches my car. I didn't expect that. It says to charge for 12 hours but it came fully charged. It's a great scooter at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it. ... show more

It was delivered days before it was initially supposed to. Well packaged , very easy to put together. A gorgeous color ( plum ) which is rare , most scooters are red . Not that it matters, it’s well built and sturdy I’m 5’ 9 and I fit comfortably, it’s adjustable . I have a long gravel driveway, so getting the mail or taking the trash can to end was a task. My trash can has wheels , so I tilt it towards me and drive on, pulling the can behind me. Works great! I’ve also discovered…. I bought a metal grocery cart (from Amazon ) I use it to bring groceries etc in the house . Pull it behind me and off I go . I’m sure it could be helpful in many other ways I haven’t discovered yet ! ... show more

It's parts were carefully packed in styrofoam with the English owner's manual right on top; no scratches. The wheeled base and tiller come pre-assembled. Really, the only thing to do is assemble the seat post and armrests on the chair. After an overnight charge it was ready to go. The seat spins right around and clamps to the post every 45°. It is much more stable than it looks. A large knob allows the tiller to swing right out of the way and clamp down again easily. The controls are super easy to use. Also, the tiller has a grab bar, not a simple handle. It is steered and controlled by either hand, or both. It loads easily into the trunk of my car in several ways. The wheeled base is the heaviest part. It has a suitcase handle at one end and casters at the other. It is brilliantly designed for being driven and transported. There is a problem. The ride is very harsh. My wife at first found the seat too hard, but a little pillow helped support her lumbar. She was able to drive it four miles in D.C. from the hotel to the Vietnam memorial and back; but she felt every curb cut and paver bump. Also, there should be something to support the heels. Maybe pads that fold down in front of the wheel housings; like on a wheelchair. ... show more

    • A Lifesaver with Impressive Battery Life

I bought this for my dad after he started falling fairly frequently due to muscle loss and weakness. It has been a lifesaver for him. He's able to get the mail, go shopping, and enjoy his home and yard again. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The flagstick arrived broken, but he had no intention of using it anyway, so we didn't even mention it to the seller. Other than that tiny thing, it is perfect for him. He's six feet tall, and it accommodates his legs without forcing his knees to his chest. That was the main thing I was worried about, but it's adjustable for tall people. I have only charged it once since I bought it in July, and it's still going strong. The battery life is amazing. I was also impressed by its resistance to tipping over. His yard is so hard, bumpy, and uneven that everyone walks across it with their arms out for balance. Nevertheless, the mobility scooter gets him safely across. His grandson went on a joyride through his rugged backyard and took a sharp turn at top speed without turning over. It seems pretty safe and reliable. He's happy with it. ... show more

I initially was going to return the scooter because the person I purchased it for didn’t want to use it because of the stigma of having to use a mobility device. She has since changed her mind and absolutely loves this little scooter. The scooter was very easy to assemble, just pop in the seat, attach front basket, and drop in the battery pack and you are ready to go. Make sure and do a full charge before using. Charging is easy with two different ports for connecting the charger; one on the battery pack, and one on the scooter wind screen. The front light and rear brake are great for safety in low light conditions. It has a horn, fully adjustable steering yoke, rear shock absorbers and no flat tires. The seat is very comfortable and adjustable. The scooter really handles well and the adjustable speed control is great for using indoors. Lastly, I’m 72 years old and have less than average strength, but I can still lift this scooter into the back of my car as long as I remove the seat, battery, and lower the steering yoke. All are very easy to do. I highly recommend this mobility scooter for its quality, comfort, and features. Excellent device! ... show more
