Good quality, very sturdy and large kettle that has no plastic inside at all. I love the weight of the kettle and the very comfortable handle. I also like that the spout is wide enough to fill the kettle directly through the spout, if you want. Takes a bit of time to get used to the fact that the top and the outside surface stays hot. If you have small kids, make sure they don't touch the kettle for a few minutes after it finished boiling. But once you are aware of this, it is no longer an issue. ... show more

This kettle is so easy to use. It has a wide mouth at the top so it's easy to fill. Everything about it is just perfect. I must admit that sometimes I forget to pull out the plug, which is recommended when not in use, but it hasn't been an issue.

I’ve had the kettle for about 18 months and it worked well with a few quirks that others have commented: the lid can get quite hot and the auto switch off didn’t work consistently. In the past month it just stopped working, wouldn’t turn on at all. I reached out to the seller and got a very prompt response from their customer service, who actually came through with fulfilling on their 2 year warranty. They shipped me out a new kettle immediately and I hope this one will last a few more years! ... show more

I had been looking to replace my old Krups electric kettle for a while I wanted it to have the same capacity as the old one. I finally settled on this cute tea pot. The aesthetic appearance was important as well as the function. I just received it a few days ago and so far so good. First of all it looks great in my kitchen. The only negative is that it doesn't have a water level window which allows you to see how high its filling and as its nearing the boiling temp. Not the most important thing but helpful. Also the whole bottom element is plastic. Didn't realize this. But pot itself is stainless steel. It would be nice to have an automatic lid opening and closure but the style doesn't allow for that! Its very easy to use and not too heavy when filled. So after all is said and done... I love it! ... show more

We use this kettle daily, and it was flawless for over 12 months. The LED light did not turn on recently, but it still works fine. I sent the customer service team a message, and they immediately sent me a brand-new replacement. I cannot ask for better services. This company cares about its customers, and I will surely buy again from them. Two tips: 1. I recommend replacing the cap with the plastic one in the package as the metal one can get hot. 2. While you cannot see the water level from outside, you can quickly learn when to stop filling water. Plus, it is pretty tolerant if you go a bit above the max line.
