How to Make A Cup of Delicious Coffee?1. Fill the CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205℉" Preset, and wait for a few minutes;2. Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness with COSORI Coffee Grinder;3. Pour the freshly ground coffee into COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker;4. Pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a slow turning motion;5. The coffee drips slowly into the pot, and the delicious coffee is ready!How to Descale/Clean the Kettle?1. Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water;2. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe;3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth;4. Repeat as needed.Notes:1. Add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle. Do not fill above the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base.2.It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard. ​3. When you choose a preset with Hold Temp, and then lift the kettle during heating; the CO108-NK will continue the heating process if the kettle is returned to the base within 1 minute.

I NEVER write reviews. But I'm going to with this electric kettle. It is fast. It is easy. I don't need to fumble for my glasses or a complex chart of ideal temperatures for my beverages because...labeled preset buttons! And it gives you the option to hold the temp (w/ auto shut off) so even on hectic mornings, Mom can still get her caffeine HOT. It is extremely aesthetically pleasing, and holds a prominent position on my counter. And it is a workhorse. My busy 5 person household uses this at least 8+ times per day, for hot cocoa, herbal teas, French press coffee, Ramen noodles, oatmeal, green tea, miso soup, blanching, instant broth and a bunch more. And...it is lightning fast. Press one button to power up, and a second button to select a temperature. A third button press to keep it hot for an hour. Done. By the time I grab a mug and collect the ingredients for whatever I am making, it is ready! I've had mine for over a year, and it is working just as good as it was when I first got it. I'll be getting one for my parents this year, so they never boil a pot dry again from "senior moments". This is a family favorite, and if it dies on me sometime in the future, I will be getting another exactly like it. 5 Stars! Green tea? Never bitter. Fancy batista coffee pours? I have used this kettle for about ten months now. I chose this kettle after looking at several and I chose this one for the price. After ten months of use I can say this is a very nice kettle. I really like the preset options and I also like the custom "My Brew" option where you can set the temperature to any you like. It brings the temperature up quickly and accurately. I also tested the temperature a few times with a physical thermometer and it was perfectly accurate every time. If there is only one down side to this kettle is that you have to have a device that uses apps in order to use the "My Brew" option. Other than that it works great. ... show more

Three years later and she’s still going strong. I can confidently say I love this kettle. I keep seeing other more expensive and “high end” kettles and think about replacing it but I just can’t. She’s been so good to me. Even after someone accidentally spilled some water on the buttons, she still works great. Here are a few tips that I recommend to take care of your kettle: 1) descale your product every 6 months or so. Especially if you live somewhere with hard water. I am lucky to have access to drinkable water but I still run it through a filter before putting it in my kettle. I have noticed when I use water that has sat out in a pitcher overnight I have to descale my product less. You don’t need a fancy solution, just Google a vinegar solution. Tbh, I would recommend this will all products that you run or heat water through to prevent the lime scale/ water mark build up. I think doing this has kept the temperature accurate. I have read that having lime scale and affect the accuracy of the temp read on gadgets. 2) don’t let water sit in it. I know it’s easy to forget or not want to refill the kettle all the time but I use it so much that I have trained myself to empty it like clock work. 3) this goes along with 2 but don’t keep the lid on. I usually empty my kettle and then put the lid next to it to let it air out. I started doing this about 6 months ago and I haven’t had to descale my kettle yet. It’s kept clean and it gives my kettle an opportunity to air out. 4) make sure you don’t spill water on the outside of the kettle when filling it. This one is kind of a no brainer but if you get water on the hot rings, it might stop it from working. Only takes 5 seconds to grab a dish towel and dry the exterior before putting it on the burner. 5) DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN HERE BUT WATER. I don’t think I need to elaborate on this one. That’s about all I have for now. You take care of her and she will take care of you! I always get compliments on this kettle. She’s sleek, reliable, and fairly priced compared to other “fancier” kettles. Video is me boiling water to 180 and taking a temp read right after. Still works! ... show more

This thing is amazing! Everyone who sees it loves the looks of it with the cool spout. Chose because it is a known name brand and all stainless steel, no plastic touching hot water anywhere which is important. It heats so fast and has a mild toned quick beep that tells you it is ready but you can even hold the button down to turn the tone off per the instructions, I like it on tbough. Keeps water warm for half hour if you hit that button too. Several temp settings. So easy just hit on button and press temp and 3ish minutes and you are good to go. Buttons don’t have to be pressed hard. Best yet is that it is so fun to pour! I can’t explain it but it is just balanced well and the water comes out at a great speed and angle and it just is enjoyable to use. Very happy with this product! ... show more

It's still working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the various temperature settings and "hold heat" features.
