I ordered my vibration plate a few months ago and really loved it when it first arrived. As other reviewers have mentioned, mine didn't come with a remote or the manual. but I emailed customer service and they sent it out immediately. The remote worked right away and I was using my plate almost every night. After a few weeks the plate did malfunction. I'm not sure what happened but it would turn on but it wouldn't vibrate. Not only did Eilison send me a new unit, they actually sent me a free gift for the trouble (which wasn't necessary but incredibly thoughtful, it was one of their back massagers). Despite the initial issues with my vibration plate, I still love it and use it often. I will definitely be purchasing more Eilison products in the future. ... show more

the first one i bought stopped running in 60 days. bah! So I ordered this one. fingers crossed. you can sit or stand. i’m up to level 20. it feels so good after you get off of it. I've seen this product plenty of times at different trade shows and stores. I remember stepping on one and everything in my body was shaking. ( in a good way). At first the price was way too high for me to afford one. So I didn't attempt. I later on was surfing the internet and found one for an affordable price. Which was this one that I just purchased. My first morning I used it for 10mins and I felt like I was at the gym for 30 mins doing cardio. It's been over a few days now, and I use it 10 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed. I feel so great in the morning and before it helps put me to sleep. Ease of installation - 10/10 Pull it out the box, find the adapter and plug in. Turn the switch on and press the power button. Setup - You can set a speed to your liking. It goes up to 30 I think. I rocks you back and forth but your not going to fall. If your scared, you can place it against the wall and you face the wall as you use the wall as something to keep balance. After a few days on it you'll notice that you're balancing on your own. I've used a heavy duty one with support arms, in the gym - 10 minutes on it at 99 setting does the trick. This model is sleeker, portable and shakes great. It is preset for 15 minutes and I've learned it will do for my body in those 15 minutes, what the gym model does in 10- but this is portable and personal, takes up less space and it's mine! Been using it for 6 weeks and I love it. Does it all. No issues with it and it comes with straps to work out my upper body as the rest of me shakes. Highly recommend this platform ... show more

My personal trainer recommended I get one since my ankle hasn't healed well since a very bad sprain 3 years ago. I said that I would go through these periods of working out 3-5 days a week, and then have to take long breaks inbetween as my ankle would be really sore and painful. He had gone through some issues with his ankles and knees due to sports injuries and he said a vibrating plate really helped him! So I decided to make the plunge and get this one. I have to say, it does take a while to get used to for sure. The first 10 times I'd say I thought it was weird and I wasn't sure if it was doing anything at all, but after a while I'd start using the programs that would virbrate at higher speeds and when I'd get off, my joints would be tingly (which is apparently what you want per my trainer). I also think it helps my recovery after workouts. I use it after a peloton bike ride, gym workouts, barre classes, everything. It's a great recovery tool. ... show more

It is also programmable for a variety of different speeds and intensities. The programs are preset so you just have to select what you want and your ready to go!
