I've only used this once so far, but it is solid & well-made. Works exactly as I expected. I am in my 70's & only on level 1. I used it in several positions & think I'll get some good toning when I get in the habit of using it.

So far so good. Lately my friend has been telling me about higher end vibration plates that costs thousands of dollars and are quite large. I found this smaller compact version in a brown tone that blends in perfectly into our dark hardwood floors. The colors are really beautifully done so we actually leave this out in the living room so it reminds us to use it. The device is light weight so you can move it around easily, with light suction cups on the bottom to keep it secure while using. Comes with a remote that has pre-set 15 min programs for beginner, intermediate, pro. On the top of the device there's 3 different foot positions. The center is lighter vibration the middle they shakes left to right a little more, and the outer edges shake the most. I've been enjoying the presets because they change the intensity level for you and shut off after you're done. So far we've been doing 15 mins standing and 15 with the elbows and hands down on the unit in a plank position with a pillow under the knees. The standing seems to loosen the lower back muscles and legs. The planks seem to work the upper shoulders and back. They try to advertise this as a weight loss or exercise machine, while I don't think it will do that, I think it might work to loosen and relax muscles and potentially relieve stress. Other people say it helps with bowel movements. There isn't a lot of research on the vibration plates yet, so i wouldn't over do it on this machine as we don't know what effects it might have on the spine. So far we've enjoyed using the machine as a way to destress and relieve some lower back pain. Going to keep it and see what the long term benefit uses might be. ... show more

Because of my chronic health issues I really can’t exercise the way I’d like to I eat properly but I still wanna be fit I have systemic lupus which it attacks my muscles joints and bones actually my whole body I can already feel the results in my body the bottom of my feet from the 20 minute workout I did the first time trying it out Today is December 14, 2024 I can’t wait to see what I look like a year from now from using this I almost want to buy another one to make sure they never run out ! Easy to assemble because it’s already put together for you fast to learn how to program even if you’re not technically gifted. All in all best purchase I’ve ever made for myself I am so glad I did it! More so I’m proud of myself for making the decision to use it! And use it I will Daily. It’s also beautiful I love the fact that I had colors to choose from because now it doesn’t stand out in my home it fits right in meaning I don’t have to put it somewhere and bring it out I can leave it right here in my living room and it’s a part of the furniture. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. ***** Update***** They saw this review and emailed me and offered me a replacement. I should be here on Friday. This is very good customer service and they always respond quickly. I bought this June 23rd 2024. Something is obviously wrong with it now it makes a loud whacking sound. Don’t buy it. It won’t last. UPDATE Received a replacement within a week and the replacement is working great! My first one must have been a lemon. Again, the customer service was great! Struggled with this right out of the box. Plugged it in and it was running and I could not shut it off. I unplugged it thinking that maybe I needed to use the remote to shut it off. Batteries are not included for this remote by the way. Got the remote going plugged it back in and again it was running and I could not shut it off with the remote or with the buttons on the machine itself. It finally sparked and blew up. Such a disappointment. I will say customer service has been great. I emailed the next morning and within a couple hours I got a response and by that afternoon I had a new one headed out my way. I should get it next week. I am cautiously optimistic that I just got a fluke and my next one will be great. Update to follow. ... show more
